    Lot of your videos have lot of great content I could use. However I was hoping you could do one that specifically targets lateral pelvic tilt or hip drop

      Hip tilt and hip drop is due to hip instability so our hip stability exercises video should help with this problem :)
      We have a whole playlist for hip related videos. this video might help, but make sure u check the rest out too, even though the title might not fits I’m sure there are exercises and tips that will still be helpful for you :) good luck

    Thanks for this video! Got some things to fix with my home set up.
    What are your thoughts on those posture elastic band? They're supposed to keep you upright.

    How to do leg lift and needle please can you make a video on this in your method like the previous splits video 🥺🥺

      Lift and needle I’m not sure what you mean by that :) u mean the back bend where your legs are straight up towards the ceiling?

    i believe i have this issue, i practice yoga but it’s hard to stretch my upper back.
