Liquids or ice cream goes faster and more amounts but protein based food are harder and soon get a stomachache to signal fullness, sneezing or hiccuping.
The surgery is definitely is not gonna do all the work for you, I knew this but still thought I would lose alot… nope 3months post op I’ve only lost 30lbs 😢with no exercise or dietary changes, which I feel is really poor for getting gastric sleeve. so I’m finally going to strictly follow the program and hopefully the pounds will start to melt off. Started at 228lbs currently 198lbs my goal is to get to 150lbs by February.

@@latashamontgomery1843 I was able to lose another 37lbs and have been stuck at 161-165lbs for the past 8 months. I didn’t reach my goal but my priority now is to maintain and not gain.

I’m not losing anything at 4.3 months
I’m at the same point and stalled too. Did you ever get past it?
did you ever start losing again? Im currently 4 months and two weeks out and my weight hasnt moved in like 3-4 weeks 😢
