1 glass of yogurt.
3 eggs.
Salt.
mix well.

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds.
2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
fry in a frying pan.
mix well.
90g almonds.
fry in a frying pan.
grind in a blender.
mix well.
10g baking powder.
I will bake in cups.
Grease with vegetable oil.
I also bake in a glass.
My glasses have a straight neck.
I distribute the dough.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
3 eggs.
cook until done.
I chop it with a fork.
Avocado.
Dill.
Garlic.
Salt.
black pepper.
some lemon juice.
grind in a blender.

As a thank you I will love to share with you also my flaxseed keto bread..
5 eggs
One and a half flaxseed flour ( I mix them in my coffee grounder machine)
One teaspoon pink salt
One teaspoon baking powder or bicarbonate powder
One quarter cup of olive oil
One quarter cup of almond no sugar added vegetable milk
Mix the liquids first then the dry with an electric mixer, en put on a preheat it oven at 170 celcios for 40 min and enjoy!
Did you forget to mash the advocado up on a plate before putting it in the blender?!!! Nice healthy recipe and what we need. A researched tip - flaxseeds eaten without being milled will do nothing for the body other than pass straight out. Flaxseeds must be broken, milled, squished to get the nutritional profile otherwise it’s a waste. Research it yourself. So in future, it might be better to mill them a little to preference to get the health benefits. Thanks for your very healthy recipe of which I will be making. Million thanks. ❤

Another great looking flourless bread! I bought the ingredients for your lentil bread yesterday...forgot to buy the psyllium seeds. Look forward to making this bread too. I use avocado oil spray on the parchment papers as most vegetable oils are GMO and not the best for you. I suppose 🫒 olive oil would be alright, it might burn in the oven though.

Sadly, this 😞 is not Keto when you used a vegetable 😕 oil. This is a high in Omega 6 and highly inflammatory for the gut.

Super idea… except one thing. Flax seed MUST be cracked or ground to digest the nutrients. Otherwise the body eliminates them whole.
