"This is Jocko Podcast number 189, with Echo Charles and me Jocko Willink. Good Evening Echo." Balance has been restored to the universe. Welcome back Echo!
08:23 "If you don't have humility, you won't adapt." "People who aren't humble don't change." !!! I really do think humility is the most underrated leadership trait. Humility reminds me of the limits to my own perception - realizing others, including my 'subordinates', see things I don't. A fatal flaw of almost every historical or fictional hero is pressing forward with arrogant confidence. As I think I've heard Jocko say previously, “stay humble or get humbled.” "Let he who stands take heed lest he fall"
Adapt and overcome, learned that from GySgt Ed Kostiuk back in 94 at Camp Pendelton. Awesome to see an in depth discussion on the topic presented for all to learn and gain from. Awesome job guys. Echo looking jaaaaaaaaacked
Awesome @ 1730, closing the distance also exaggerates your defensive movements which ever direction the defender makes from the offenders perspective. They’re focusing their attack and the longer they have the more likely they are to be successful.
Jocko podcast 189 is real 🔥🔥🔥reminds me of war is a human experience on and off the battlefield in life improvise adapt and overcome in combat sports and in business

If they will face death, there is nothing they may not achieve. # 50 On hemmed-in ground, I would block any way of retreat. I'd bet you've been called a hero enough you're probably sick of it, but would you ever consider sharing your own experiences? Knowing you and your buds can make it through that atmosphere really helps us "softies" know we have a chance of making it through as well.
@@songmanl1480 It's alot easier to see in the Ben Shapiro Daily Wire episode, that's where I could find the best view. I think it may just be a crazy viegn after I went looking through older pictures and videos. Not super sure tho

Standing Operating Procedures are common place in Multinational Force missions (MNF SOP). Fighting with partners is both fun and crazy.
