I think that was one of my greatest eye opening experieriences,
theses are meatheads, but there educated meat heads that aren't afraid to say, we don't know. I don't know. TEEEEACCCH MEEE!!!!!
For me its yeah I wanna know, its curious.
Them: I WANNA CONQUEOR IT AND MASTER IT, NOTHING WILL EVER OUTFLANK ME!
Fuck I love this mindset as a nerd. Even if my insurgents are eating a candy bar, and being mind stumped on a problem,
I use this to fire me up, to conqeor the problems I just don't know what to do how to get started,
try that excuse on a seal, he will literally invent fire and agriculture himself, and install himself the king.
I love this men, and I regret, and despise myself for mentally hating them.
what a closed minded, weak and ignorant thing to do.
Where they showed humility, I showed entitlement.
I don't take that entitlement for granted now.
I'm so fucking proud of these guys that can do shit,
They risk there lives for all of us, the dedicated, the inspired, and even the ignorant masses like I used to be,
ragging on their 'primitive savage techniques'
No bro, they ethically adapt to their advantages to educate these psychos on our freedom,
our values, and will be fucking damned, before you try that shit here on our soil,
we will teach freedom to all these TRUE fucking savages,
Not these navy seals who are legit probably smarter than I am even as a mathematician.
They show humility, something almost no one does now.

I just started reading True Believer. Out of curiosity I searched Jocko Willink and Jack Carr, since Jack was a SEAL for 20 years and I have watched Jocko for a couple of years at least and Extreme Ownership is one of my current Bibles. I have read Extreme Ownership four times. And then Jack talked about Joseph Campbell and The Power of Myth, have the books and have watched all of his lectures, many times. I have read A Hero with a Thousand Faces probably 4 may be 6 times. Redemption.
I am on page 39 of True Believer. I am going read to all of his books.
