Ingredients of dough:
1 egg
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Milk & Water (mix)
4 cup All-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp Baking powder
Salt a pinch
2 cup Butter
2 tbsp Corn starch
2 cup Flour
Ingredients of honey syrup:
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Honey
4 Cloves whole
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Ingredients of filling:
1 cups Walnuts (crushed)
1 cup Pistachio (crushed)
1 ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
Directions of dough:
In a large bowl add flour, vegetable oil, egg, salt, baking powder and knead a smooth dough with water and milk mixture. And rest it for 15 minutes.
Divide dough in to 4 portions and make balls of each portion and further divide it into 5 balls.
Cover with plastic wrap or damp cloth preventing it from drying out.
Mix cornstarch and flour together in a bowl.
Dust the workplace with cornstarch mix and the roll the ball into circle. And set aside.
Dust again with cornstarch mix and roll out 4 more dough balls.
Stack them on each other and dust each layer with cornstarch mix so they don’t stick together.
Now gently roll all five layers together until they’re paper thin for about 10-12 inches in diameter.
Directions of honey syrup:
In a pan heat water, add sugar, honey, cloves, lemon and mix well.
Boil on medium heat until sugar is dissolved and stir continuously.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Directions of baklava:
In a bowl mix walnut, pistachio and cinnamon powder well.
In a baking pan place 10 dough sheets on one another and butter each sheet well.
Add a layer of crushed nuts, cover it with five more dough sheet and sprinkle crushed nuts on each sheet.
Now cut it into diagonal shape before baking.
Bake at 160 degree for 1 hour or until the top gets golden.
Remove from oven and immediately pour cooled honey syrup evenly over the hot baklava.
For best result let it sit for 4 to 6 hours on room temperature and serve.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Serve: 5-6

ثابت جویں 1چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
ونیلا ایسنز 1چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
لیموں کا رس 2کھانے کے چمچ
فلنگ اجزاء:
اخروٹ 1کپ
پستہ 1کپ
دار چینی 1اور آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ڈو ترکیب:
ایک بڑے باؤل میں میدہ، سبزیوں کا تیل، انڈے، نمک، تیل، بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے نمک، پانی ڈال کر نرم ڈو گوندھ کر پندرہ منٹ کے لئے سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
اب ڈو کو چار برابر حصوں میں کاٹ کر پیڑے بنا لیں اور پھر دوبارہ ہر ایک پیڑے کو پانچ حصوں میں کاٹ کر پیڑے بنا لیں۔
پھر ایک باؤل میں کارن سٹارچ اور میدے کو اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
اب سب پیڑوں پر مکس کیا ہوا کارن سٹارچ اور میدہ چھڑک کر اچھی طرح بیل لیں۔
پھر بیلی ہوئی روٹیوں کو اوپر نیچے رکھ کر کو دوبارہ بیل لیں۔
ہنی سیرپ ترکیب:
ایک پین میں پانی گرم کر م کر کے اس میں چینی، جویں اور لیموں کا رس ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر کے درمیانی آنچ پر چینی اچھی طرح مکس ہونے تک ابال لیں۔
اب چولہا بند کر دیں اور سیرپ ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔
بکلا وا ترکیب:
ایک باؤل میں اخروٹ، پستہ اور دار چینی پاؤڈر ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
اب ایک بیکنگ پین میں ایک شیٹ رکھ کر اس پر مکھن لگائیں اور ایسے ہی نو شیٹس اور رکھیں۔
پھر اس پر اخروٹ اور پستہ چھڑک کر پانچ اور شیٹس رکھیں ہر شیٹپر اخروٹ اور پستہ چھڑکیں۔
اب بکلا وا کو ترچھی شیپ میں کاٹ کر 160ٹمپریچر پر آدھے گھنٹے کے لئے گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک بیک کریں۔
پھر اس گرم گرم بکلاوے پر ٹھنڈا کیا ہوا ہنی سیرپ ڈالیں۔
تیاری کا وقت: 30منٹ
پکانے کا وقت: 1گھنٹہ 15منٹ
افراد: 5-6

Hang on, 1st you made 4 pieces out of a big dough, then you split them into 5 doughs and then you said to need 25 more sheets like you need 30 sheets but you made dough for 20 sheets. Please make it clear 🙏
