In session 9 of the Ultimate 20 minute Heavy Bag workout Series, you'll run through 6 total rounds. Each round is broken down in to punch call outs, meaning I show you the names of each punch, and punch numbers. 1-6 and freestyle-where you throw all punches.

2 TO 5 punch combinations ( freestyle it-throw and 2-3-4-5 punch combinations)

Had to stop playing soccer after 13 years because of my knee. 20 years old now and I stumbled across an old heavy boxing bag in the garage from my dad's boxing days.
I asked if he had any old boxing gloves lying around and I've been doing these workouts every other day for a month now.
They are very nicely put together and easy to follow. I'm starting to notice a lot of difference in my condition, my body and the amount of energy I have everyday.
Never would have thought I'd be into it, but boxing is proving to be a great workout for the mind and body!

thanks man but I'll stick to your older workouts; too much freestyle for my taste... better suited for advanced boxers who already know wide range of combinations.
@@NateBowerfitness actually it already started paying off ;) I've been doing your shadowboxing and heavybag workouts for well over a year now, great work man. But still not so fluent with freestyle bag work, usually I just end up dancing around bag and wondering what to do, combinations feel awkward, stiff and not fluent at all. With exact combination drills I don't think, I just do them again and again. Guess I just need another year of drilling until I can do proper fluent freestyle without thinking :).
