Did this one today. A great workout, definitely for more experienced boxers or those that have gone thru the earlier Bower HIIT workouts. Love the flow and the opportunities to be creative with combos. Keep up the good work, Nate!
Awesome workout Nate! I love this HiiT format you have put together. The clock and combo in the corner make it much easier to stay focused when I am exhausted. I also like the additional burner at the end of the HiiT. I had previously been adding one of your Heavy Bag burners to the end of the earlier 20 minute HiiTs when possible and this makes it much easier to keep heart rate up without flipping videos with gloves on. Please keep up the amazing work and positivity!
That’s what I’m talking about! Loved that routine and being able to throw fast and with power at your own will. Conditioning at the end was money even had a little bit in the tank for some core work after. Can’t wait for the next one my man....nice work as always! Thank you!

Toughest one yet! Love the coaching and how you mix it up on the heavy bag workouts. Great stuff! Does anyone have any recommendations for wrapping with a fitness watch? Mine kills the workout or gets into my wrist.
Nate, Over the past year, I have been doing my own continuous half hour work out on the heavy bag. This one appears even more demanding than my challenge. Will endeavour too try to incorporate some of your routine gradually into mine. Not quite ready for it yet.
I've been doing your heavybag workouts 3 times a week for 2 months. I was doing really well on this one, it was hard but I was able to give my all and keep going....and then came the jump squats! I was sore for a week after that, it hurt to walk, in a good way not in an injured way.
I just want to say: Nate. I'm sorry for all the awful things I said about you during that last set (with the punch out squats). You don't deserve how badly I cursed your name throughout. Joking aside, epic, EPIC set.
ok, at first I was gonna complain about all the commercials (even though Nate you deserve every penny bro!) But at the end, I was wishing you threw in a couple more! WOW! I'm toast
@@jamesturner9858 when you move your upper body to slip punches, like roll in from right to left to slip a left hook or quickly move your head to the left or your right to ditch punches.
@@jamesturner9858 i would also recommend to change your heavy back workout like once or twice a month...just use a different one from Nate for example so your arms are getting more and more used to other combos and punches + movements...have a good day Brother

Stopped midday in last round. These workouts are harder on a one meal a day plan. Gonna need some additional nutrition to carry on for 30 mins.
