Hi 👋 @assiaskerrett8359. Thanks so much, your comment made my day! Don't forget to subscribe for all the latest VR + Piano Vision videos ! 😀 keep well 🐢
Don't even use hashtags at all. That worked for the old RUclips. The title and description don't really even matter anymore, not much anyway. RUclips now makes a transcript of the words from your talking and uses ai to determine your audience. Also, how much your video is shown to users completely depends on the engagement, watch time, comments, etc. he's doing great imo.
When I connect the Quest 3 directly to my keyboard the fps drops and starts stuttering. Specially when I press many keys at same time. Is it just me? Any ideas?
That is a cool idea but its not possible in app. As it's pass thru you could technically watch the football on a real TV I am guessing but quality won't be as good as ingame window. I know they have youtube window in other games like vermillion and vrchat so I know it's possible! Ask in discord :)
How are you finding it so far? Can you play without the headset now? I am trying to justify buying a quest 3 but this piano vision seems to be really niche and there are only people showing it off rather than showing off skills gained
If you dont have a keyboard its not worth it, also if i was you dont rely on this too much i recommend you still memorize the songs but with the apl its a great way to practice them its a good app.
already bought the app, i got discount, costed me 5 bucks. But now i bought a piano, that costed me 250, hahaha Cant wait, the piano should arrive today. I hope i will a learn a thing or 2
Hey @Daeva83B, thanks for the comment and that is AWESOME, you won't regret it. Sounds like a quality Piano you got there. I'll be posting a few more videos on how to convert sheet music over to MIDI soon. Subscribe so you dont miss any of those videos! 🐢
No, you can connect directly to the headset Option 1 but some people do connect via their pc / laptop Option 2. Option 1: (Recommended) Use a USB cable to connect the keyboard directly to the headset. Most commonly, you'll need a USB-B to USB-C cable or MIDI to USB-C cable. Explainer video here ruclips.net/video/buqWtf5bm8Y/видео.html Option 2: Connect the MIDI keyboard to your computer using a USB cable and download the PianoVision Desktop app to link it to the headset via Wi-Fi. The app will ask for a Connect Code, which is the last 2 digits of the Quest's IP address. If this doesn't work, you can enter the full IP address of the headset. Ensure both the headset and computer are on the same network. Explainer video ruclips.net/video/sQBmCnif044/видео.html 🐢
Hey @matthewbrookes4277 thanks for the comment!. Absolutely Yes! If the extension port hub supports power delivery, you can charge your Quest while connected to the MIDI keyboard.@@matthewbrookes4277 Good luck with your Piano Playing.🐢😄▶
The app is not recognising my midi keyboard as connected. I've got a usb b (printer cable) going direct into my quest 3. I really hope I can fix this as I want the notes to wait for me (the whole reason I bought the app). Any suggestions? Please, for a musician in need 😂
Also worth mentioning, I've quit the app and restarted, I've unplugged the cable and reconnected, all the basic troubleshooting ideas I could think of have been tried.
Mmmm thanks for the comment and I'm sorry to hear you are having issues as it can be super frustrating. When I boot up the app when I have connected my cable into my quest 3 , it prompts me saying ' enable usb midi connection' does it say that? Sometimes you need to physically unplug and plug it in to register it (while you are inside the Piano Vision app) Another option you could try is plug keyboard into pc and then connect wirelessly from pc/laptop to the quest 3. I made a video to show people how this can be done here _> ruclips.net/video/sQBmCnif044/видео.html. You might want to also ask in the discord channel as the devs normally assist with any more technical issues as well , invite below discord.com/invite/g9NwrFgV
@@The_Python_Turtle thanks for your reply man, no, as far as I can recall it did not ask me to enable midi keyboard, I'll have to check again in a minute. But thanks for the discord link, I'll add that up now thanks 😁

I don't understand. When I conneect my MIDI keyboard, application asks every second "Allow app to connect this MIDI device?" and it asks again and again even if you allow. And as result this app doesnt see if I press the keys

Improve your finger technique/ form. Watch good piano channels to use curved finger position and go higher on the keybed. Don't use this alone as some cheatcode coz its not the best way to learn like that. Sheet music with etude exercises are the standard and best way. Schaffer, Dozen a day, Schmitt exercise etc.
