@@B47ANCE144 Humor is subjective my man. But if you're actually curious, he had a successful podcast with a comedian named Yannis Pappis that blew both of them up to some degree.
Yeah. I stayed in a long line after the concert for an artist that I had great respect for since he invited people to stick around and get photos. Well, apparently I was naive and thought it was just that the line went past the merch table. When i told the merch sellers no thanks to the apparel and posters they said, "No actually, that's not how this works. You have to buy something for the pic" I guess my concert ticket, time in the line etc wasn't sufficient even though this was the artists first time touring.
When you have resellers and people monetizing their clips meeting the artist or planned gotchas you film when you meet the artist, non-registered meet and greets become less about the fans than scammers taking advantage of the artist's time after they've just spent hours doing a show or performance. I think registering for meet and greets early in pre-sale with offers extended to fan group participants would be ideal but thats more music artist fandom appropriate than a comedian's. I don't know many comedians that would even be the personality tyoe to want to do them much less monetize them.
