Your video shows liner side is installed contacting the glass. Doing a google search it says to have the liner side facing away from the glass. Can you clarify?

If you could remove the music, your videos would be perfect. The unnecessary music is annoying, and terrible how it changes from soft to LOUD when you don't talk. Please tell your video editor to knock off the DJ dreams, having to adjust my volume constantly to avoid the embarrassing music is frustrating and is very amateurish. Just lose the music and upload the raw video. Most people like the silence or add their own background music. I just want to hear you talk, not the DJ jumping in and out of focus.
