I once managed to slide 30 feet on a street. My hip elbow and shoulder were partially skinned - with the occasional little stone here and there embedded in the wound - and I'm pretty sure that had I not worn a helmet - which fractured in the process - I would be dead now. I still have some scars from that day. Super fun experience! Stuntmen need to get a lot more recognition for the job they are doing. Those guys are real life super heroes.
Yes, I completely agree, Mystery Men is such an underrated movie and deserves so much more attention, maybe someone should do something like this for that instead?
There are many real life super heroes: Firefighters help people who are trapped in burning buildings, doctors help people who require urgent medical help, vets help sick animals, teachers help children even though their high ideals get crushed by politicians and piles of bureaucracy as soon as they get in the job... And stuntmen help film makers in need of someone who can take a hit without dying. I thought I'd keep my initial comment relevant to the video. Seemed reasonable to me at the time.

I was wondering if there is an easy way to make my own hdri images for reflection effects? I've been doing a lot of animation recently, and wanted to make the reflections in the scene look like there in the scene. When I add an hdri image to one of my materials it looks good, but it looks funny when there's a tree in reflection or something like that and it is obviously not in the scene.

How do you pay for a production THIS big? Stunt guys, water trucks, did the director of KickAss 2 collaborate with you guys on this? I'm amazed, as usual, but also confused.

in the next one he should have a job at a milk farm trying to fly under the radar after his meltdown and defeat, then another hero should find him and recruit him for another battle.
