Nice review, thanks. Have you found the blue refrigerating coils behind the filter to be bent or damaged? I have purchased two of the 3650e units recently (one being replaced now) and both have had damaged coils, almost as if they've been dropped or smashed with a hammer before installing. Just wondering if this is normal for an Ebac dehumidifier or whether their quality control is poor.
Martin Reilly I've got the same problem. I have purchased two of the 3650e units from different online retailers and both have damaged coils. I returned first unit but now the second one came from Amazon with the same problem.
One wonders if it will last 32 years (and counting!) like my Novum Dehumidifier? ... My Novum is NOT made of flimsy plastic, it has a galvanized steel chassis in a wooden case!
