I don't get it why can they show a complete show on RUclips but when they put them on DVD a while back they were so cut up it was basically highlights spliced together
I had to look it up. This was a 1965 episode . Imagine the second tiemAndy William's competitive threat shows up with him, Goulet. The first time was in that movie with Sandra Dee. The only time both singers did a movie.
Three of the great singers in that great 1950-1960's time. I wish they all would have sang all their hits instead of the usually never interesting goofy skits...they were not comedians, let Red Skelton or ack Benny do that. Do what you do? Andy did do some great songs there however.
The 1960's Variety show was just total GLAMOUR!! And that gorgeous time is GONE......
So True!😮I WAS BORN ON AUGUST 6TH,1960!😊
It was great to see Woody Allen do standup, or in this case, sit down. He was really funny.
Entertainment at its best. My grandmother and I would watch this show every Monday night!
Episode #4.1
Episode aired Sep 13, 1965
Bobby Darin fans, stay tuned. A lot more to come!🎶
Bob Darin's a little too hip for those two. 😂 This is great.
YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ABOUT BOBBY DARIN COSSOTO!😎
Agree
Bobby makes the others look so vanilla
Very surprised Hollywood didn't use Goulet more in movies: a handsomer man could hardly be conceived.
He did do a movie, co-starring Andy Williams. It starred Sandra Dee.
@@michaelmcgee8543 And he was featured in Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear.
He sure was before he lost his looks to the bottle. So sad!
I think he had trouble with demon rum.

Bobby Darin Splish Splash
At 44:52, the solos by Goulet and Darin have been cut. Copyright issue?
Yes. My apologies.

Introduced by Frank Barton.
If you seen any Robert Goulet, fam appearances in the 1980s you will know that he had a mustache in those movies in here he does not
