The 2 Tatiana’s together in the same room and changing and interacting and touching each other’s face is a technical marvel! How the hell did they do that?!? Digitally superimposing her face onto another actor’s body is one thing, but but Sarah was holding MK’s face!!!! And this show was 6 yrs ago!!
@@KelseasComments One of the things that made the show work as well as it did was Maslany's ability to exactly recreate her movements take after take so they could composite her in realistically. Also, Katherine Alexandre was probably doubling her in that scene, with Maslany's face and dialogue composited in. If once of the clones has visibly smaller hands, that one is Alexandre with Maslany's face composited in.
I think the guy who plays Ferdinand is such a great actor! To me, he'll always be the wholesome, lovable Forney (Where the Heart Is), so the fact that I just want to kick him in the balls until he dies is a testament to his acting ability. I'm still so angry.
OH MY FREAKING GOODNESS. I CANNOT BELIEVE I DIDN'T REALIZE IT'S FORNY!! YOU JUST BLEW MY MIND. I love that movie so much and he's such a sweetheart in it. 😭 Oh gosh I'll never be able to look at him the same. 🤣 I knew he looked familiar...
I didn't realize it myself until Season 4. In the scene when he's in the kitchen at the safe house making eggs, he was being almost gentlemanlike and I was like OMG IT'S FORNEY! 😆
And then nothing else bad happened for the rest of the season! All was happiness and joy, so you definitely don't have to keep that box of tissues nearby at all times! Oh, and I am Maria of Roumania. ☺
MK’s death was one of the most brutal things I’ve ever seen on television. They really went there. None of it would have worked if not for the 2 actors. But why though? Why make MK’s death so horrifying? Hopefully it will pay off later.
Ya it was horrific. But Ferdinand is a horrific man. It makes sense for his character and it makes the stakes feel a lot more real. Even though I hate that that's the ending they gave MK, I get why they made it that brutal I guess.
i remember the first time i watched this episode, the Mika scene, my throat closed almost completely i couldnt open it, followed by an anxiety episode, i felt my chest cave in too. so horrifying. not just cause of the story, but the actual idea of the action, just, sends shivers down my spine and i still choke up a bit any time i watch it, ptsd style. RIP Mika, hope u meet Nikki again ♥
Because MK's death is far too horrible to discuss.... On a lighter note, did you notice that Westmoreland's house is also the Birdwatchers' house from Season 2? (It's in a very remote location, over 200 feet from, er, a Toronto Zoo car park!). Also, all this business about walking Kira to school (remember Sarah doing in Season 1)? The school is literally opposite Mrs S's house!
Ya I'm with you on that one. Sarah is in such a hard position and I feel for her so much. I don't think I'd let her go either. But I get that her physically refusing to go and Mrs. S siding with Kira put Sarah in a really hard spot.
MK's death was so horrible and cruel but what bothers me is how in vain it was. All this to make Kira go to Rachel anyway? I don't know, I felt they had to kill off a character just for shock and well, of course they weren't going to risk it with a leading clone... I didn't like it, it felt like a death for nothing. One of the few things that I do disagree with regarding the script.

Ya I honestly have NO IDEA how they did that scene!
You are right, Jason, but the real marvel was how did they do it in a continuous uncut camera pan? Seriously brilliant.

That's so cool!! I truly don't understand how they make it all look so real.
This ep defined gut-wrenching. Goodnight Mk, you were a hero. Go, be with your Helsinki sisters, and rest in peace. 😭😭
Soooo gut-wrenching 😫💔😭

Ya I really was not ready for that amount of brutality.
@@KelseasComments whats the most scary, is that we as humans, can do that, it wouldnt be that hard, u just gotta mean it.
bananas
Ya it's horrifying!

No I didn't recognize it!! Very clever re-use of location lol!! And stop. That's so funny that the school is right across from Mrs. S's house!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
One of the worst and the best episodes.
Agreed! 😭
Great reaction. RiP MK.
RIP MK my love 💔😭
I'm not sure I'd let a little girl make the decision to go with Rachel, psychic or not. I sure don't trust Rachel.

I think that was the most horrific murder scene i've ever had the displeasure to witness... and worse, hear. Crack, crunch. Ugh.
@@QueenAstroParticle it was AWFUL

I can totally agree with that. 100%
