Old School Scaffolders

It's great to evolve and move forward but it's also essential that we don't forget what really works.
There are essential changes that need to occur to help a business adapt to growth but it's important we utilise our best assets and "bottle' some good old fashioned work ethic for future generations.
If you have worked in or around Edinburgh as a scaffolder over the last 40 years you will have no doubt met or know of John Baird. John has that 'old school' approach to work that helps lay a great foundation for our apprentices and younger members of staff. His ability to motivate his team whilst ensuring the client is happy is impressive.
I'm delighted to hear from John that there have been major health & safety improvements in the scaffolding industry over the decades.
People like John are giving our wider team an education they will never obtain anywhere other than on the job.
