I super appreciate that you are teaching us methods! (You and Glen and Friends cooking (not keto/carnivore) are so great at it.)
One of my new favorite things based on methods learned, is to make meatloaf just in a big block shape and bake; chill it; cut it into bite-sized cubes. Then when I want to eat some, I roll cubes of cold (cooked) meatloaf in a mix of egg white powder, beef gelatin and salt. Then I air fry til warm and crispy. So satisfying, feels like I’m cheating!

This looked very good! I'm glad you didn't go garlic crazy like some places I've gone to. I've gotten a bit more used to the carnivore diet over the last few months and while not my concern I have slimmed down a little bit and my IBS is still under control! Still working on the acid reflux a bit but thanks to Dr. Berry and a few others I've seen a good deal of improvement there too! If anyone is out there waiting to start... stop waiting! It's worth it!

If you're really busy, another option for reheating the meatballs would be throwing the in the sous vide to reheat. Won't get the browning, but you can throw them in 30 minutes (thawed) to a couple of hours or more (thawed or frozen) ahead of time. Then you just need to deal with the noodles and sauce.

???- Chris, I have made Anita's eggloaf a few times now. While it does taste like french toast, I'm interested in something savory. Think maybe a future video with a few different egg loafs?? I want to try one with some italian seasoning, parm cheese, etc.
Any interest in something like that.
I love that you can just blend, pour, and bake, but I want to extend that 1 egg loaf to many varieties. 😂

Sounds interesting. I’ve never seen that one but I’ll have to look it up. My guess is it’s probably not something I’d make around our house because Ash and I both tend not to like the egg texture of things like that, which is why I spend so much time on my egg-based recipes to make them not recognizable as eggs, but perhaps this one would be different. I’ll check out the video. 😊

Also some dude on here call Jordan the Stallion? put up Olive Gardens Alfredo Recipe and OMG it is right on point. Ive made it about every other week since hes put it up. I also just use the shake version of the cheese and its still great. Everyone thats tasted said it fab. I got their version and compared it to mine and mine was better. NEVER thought those words would come out of me. I worked their years ago and loved that sauce...so glad I can make it now in minutes!

I have found if you are already live, you cannot change the orientation from portrait to landscape.
Yeah they changed the location of the setting in the last update and I finally found it.
From what I was told, to get rid of trolls you have to have your livestream playing on another tab and go in there to delete and block. During the livestream they just keep coming back.
