    This performance conveys the pure beauty of old music to modern times. The unique sound makes the atmosphere of the song even more special. I feel like I went back in time. Thank you for experiencing history through such wonderful music and musical instruments.

    does the word quint in the name of the instrument mean that it transposes by a fifth? if not what does it mean?

      correct. however, it hasn't been tuned up all the way, so really I should've said "tierce" pitch
