      Nice Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried - Schallingora Increase Capability Scheme (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome exclusive product for learning how to dunk like a total badass minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate at last got great results with it.

      Every Plyo box is usually same specs! 20 x 24 x 30

    Great vid, thx ... Question, when I squat I try to explode up each rep, would box jumps help more or explosive squats for higher vertical jumps?

      6PackFitX Nick absolutely!!! If you want to jump higher you need to jump! Definitely include box jumps into your routine and you'll see inches added to your vert. Thanks for watching. -Coach Brian

    Which is the most effective for vertical jump

      Dan depth jumps with light dumbbells work for me just remember to jump as high as possible on each rep

    Try doing decline shoulder tap with a stable torso instead

      And avoid needless stress on your shoulders by not doing box dips..

      Yes. Plyometrics is one form of exercise that allows you to burn fat from head to toe in an overall short amount of training time.

      Yes, they can be done explosive however there is also tremendous benefit in doing them as demonstrated here in this video.

      De nada sirve hacer ciertos ejercicios a lo loco,lo único que puedes provocar es daños en articulaciones muy feos. Lo mejor es hacerlo con conciencia, despacio y bien ejecutados. No payasear para querer lucirse o quedar como el Superman del fitness. Nada que ver!

      jamesyoungpark That box is a 20” x 24” x 30” construction. He’s doing the workout on the 20” side.
