    how do I reduce pain in my knee? I feel it a lot when I do squats, lunges and leg extensions.. left knee, curious on your thoughts

      jakal817 Do you have any tightness in your lower body? Be it your hips, hamstrings, quadriceps or something else. If so, make sure to stretch. Tightness in these areas can result in misalignment of the patella, which is obviously not comfortable.

      Morten Larsen I don't feel any tightness because I do stretch before working out, I primarily feel the soreness or pain in my knee when I do leg extensions or hack squats

      jakal817 you might have a muscle imbalance somewhere along your legs, hips or spine or all 3

      Hi man I’m a 14 year old sprinter for the 100m my time is now 11.9 seconds and I do this work out for one day then have a rest this give me the results I want hope this helped you

    These aren't plyometric they are explosive jumps ! See Dr Yessis for definition of plyometric

    I have a 100m compotition in lyk 5 months I’m 13 and my time is 12.1 seconds would 5 months of training get me into the 11 seconds
