We had to evict a bunch of squirrels and rats (had an eviction they had to basically gut next door, plus sometimes they just happen) from our attic. One of the companies pointed out there is raccoon traces/damages, but they aren't living up there. Then explained that it was that they 'enjoy the buffet' so to speak. Never gonna forget that one.
