INGREDIENTS:(curd rice):
Cooked rice 3 Cup
Curd as required
Milk as required
Salt to taste
Chopped onion 1 cup
Green chilli 2
Ginger 1 tb
Few curry leaves
Few Coriander leaves
Hing
Red chilli 2
Some Chana dal
Mustard Seeds
Cumin seeds
Urad dal
Oil 2 ts
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
சாதம் 3 கப்
தேவைக்கேற்ப தயிர்
தேவைக்கேற்ப பால்
ருசிக்க உப்பு
நறுக்கிய வெங்காயம் 1 கப்
பச்சை மிளகாய் 2
இஞ்சி 1 டீஸ்பூன்
சில கறிவேப்பிலை
சில கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்
பெருங்காயம்
சிவப்பு மிளகாய் 2
கடலை பருப்பு
கடுகு
சீரகம்
உளுத்தம் பருப்பு
Ingredients (potato fry):
3 potato
Oil 2 ts
Mustard Seeds
Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
1 ts chilli powder
1/2 ts coriander powder
1/4 ts turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 garlic
தேவையான பொருட்கள் (உருளைக்கிழங்கு பொரியல்):
3 உருளைக்கிழங்கு
எண்ணெய் 2 டிஸ்பூன்
கடுகு
சீரகம்
கறிவேப்பிலை
1 ts மிளகாய் தூள்
1/2 ts கொத்தமல்லி தூள்
1/4 ts மஞ்சள் தூள்
ருசிக்க உப்பு
2 பூண்டு
Recipe:/(curd Rice):
In a bowl take cooked rice and add all ingredients without seasoning ingredients. Mix well. Now add seasoning and mix. Ready to serve.
Recipe (potato fry):
In a kadai add oil, mustard Seeds, cumin seeds. Add chopped potato and curry leaves. Cook until 80% cooked. After that add masala powder and mix well. Now cook on medium flame until cooked completely. Ready to serve.
செய்முறை:/(தயிர் சாதம்):
ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் வடித்த சாதம், தாளிக்காத பொருட்கள் அனைத்தையும் சேர்க்கவும். நன்றாக கலக்கவும். இப்போது மசாலா சேர்த்து கலக்கவும். பரிமாற தயார்.
செய்முறை (உருளைக்கிழங்கு பொரியல்):
ஒரு கடாயில் எண்ணெய், கடுகு, சீரகம் சேர்க்கவும். நறுக்கிய உருளைக்கிழங்கு மற்றும் கறிவேப்பிலை சேர்க்கவும். 80% சமைக்கும் வரை சமைக்கவும். அதன் பிறகு மசாலா தூள் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். இப்போது மிதமான தீயில் முழுமையாக வேகும் வரை சமைக்கவும். பரிமாற தயார்.
