Thank you, I used a Matrix per waving solution followed by the neutralizer after processing for 30mins, rinsing with water, and drying each rod, after which I apply the matrix neutralizing solution.
Hi Yvette, you do not shampoo a perm until after 3 days, and you do not do any double chemical process until after 2 weeks. However it is perfectly fine and safe to condition the hair after a perm for these two reasons...1 it seals the hair shaft and conditions as in the beginning of the perming process the hair was shampooed but not conditioned. 2 the conditioner helps to combat the smell of the perm until you are able to do a proper shampoo.

I thought you couldn't condition or wash the hair after you permed it.... did you use a certain conditioner
