  • In this video i show you how easy it is to replace the track rod ends in your car. these are the ball joints at the end of the steering rack that actually make the wheels turn.
    Even though it might sound difficult its actually one of the easiest things to change on a car. providing you get the tracking close to how it was originally and you take it to be laser aligned in a garage once your done.

    what size spanner and what size allen key???

      5mm allen key, however not too sure what spanner. I'd recommend keeping an adjustable spanner in your toolbox. They not too expensive either. 👍

    when im turning right my car is making a thudding noise like a flat tyre could it be the track rod ends

      It's difficult to say what it could be without seeing and hearing it. The best thing to do would be to get it checked properly. There's loads of things that can cause a noise from the front of the car.

      ive changed both drop links had both suspension springs replaced , cv joint discs done still the same ive noitced that the ball joint rubbers are flat but not checked upper tie rod yet

      found out what it was it was the rear tyre on the passenger side
