What about junk food? Doritos, hostess cakes, candy bars, ice cream, etc.. ? If so, how often. I get my cheat days on Sunday. Then get back at it on Monday.
Wow, so much fat and protein! I gotta have about 60% of my calories from carbs for glycogen replacement. Weird how different bodies have different needs and tolerate things differently. If ate that much protein I'd sweat amonia, and that much fat I'd be on the toilet all night! But hey if it works for you, that's great! My diet consists of beans and rice, ugali, lentils, lean chicken, pasta, and a couple ounces of bison or beef in pasta sauce or kenyan beef stew. (I'm also 56 and not NEARLY as muscular as you... probably why you need all that protein, you look great!)
For anyone copying the breakfast, it’s about 925 calories if you use 1 tsp of olive oil.
