CSS critique - sub 7 pace

  • Here is a steady CSS swim done by non swimmer on a 7:00-pace. Watch his glide after the kick - nearly 3 seconds of moving. Only 3-4 strokes per 25yds! Nice efficient stroke

    How the hell are his double arm pulls so powerful? I would kill to get halfway across the pool like that. No wonder he's so fast.

    There are a few people I know who swim TRIs like this. Especially those with a bad shoulder and freestyle hurts...

    0:20 how the hell you scissor kick in that position?

      That’s how you do it. If you notice he’s not facing the bottom of the pool is actually closer to his side. Maybe 45° angle then he rolls over and glides on his belly after the kick.

    Would this be good in a triathlon for a poor swimmer?
