- Here is a non swimming football player's journey to mastering the CSS. He has the timing down which is the foundation of learning the stroke but has a few issues that is slowing him down. See leg / kick critique and top arm pull issues...

These videos are really cool and instructive! I'm a 60+ y.o. USN Vietnam-era vet and USMS lap swimmer, who noticed a fellow swimmer doing the CSS at our pool the other day and was intrigued. I'd never even heard of it before, but he showed me its basics and I'm anxious to head over to Coronado and try it myself! Thanks for your service, guys!

Hey Mr. Smith, i uploaded 3 videos of me & 2 of my buddies doing the CSS yesterday. They are twins & swim around the 8:10-8:30 pace & we've only been swimming for a couple of months. They are doing NROTC & i'm going to USNA. Do you think that you could critique our videos?

its interestin how him going from scissor to flutter looks inneficent, but others do it but in a more efficent way, how clearly its too quick and forced.
