Thank you for the Information. I have an UNINET 1000 and from print to print, it ruins the desing even when I do the head cleaning and all of that. Can you advise me on what to do? your help will be appreciated.

In my overprint my colors don’t match . my printer from front and back to what it shows on the computer is backwards. Hope that make sense. Can I rearrange the colors on the computer?
hi melissa i need healp please. i have my printer for 2 months already and geta new pc, trying to install on the new pc is giving me problems after i choose the lenguage another windoe came and sed, "please enter the correct path to the licence file below and press OK to continue" i try everything and keep seeing is wrong. healp please

Hey at 6:30 you showed us how to use knockmeoutblack, but on my 560 after I go to jobs>production plugs in> knockmeoutblack that whole category is not highlighted for me to even select anything??? I cant even select anything from "easy adjustments" nor "effects" ??? Do you know how I can fix this or is there something Im missing or accidently disable? Thanks
@@SilhouetteSchool no other jobs in queue just the job I'm working on. I do have past older jobs that's already been printed and has move to the bottom section and has been sitting there IDK if that makes a difference?

Hmm that's odd. I've never experienced that. I assume you have a job in the queue and you're working in that same queue/port?

why does it rasterize automatically when i use the knock black option??
It's removing any black in the image with that tool

It comes on a dongle that is included with the printer.
