You saved me some money, thank you! I'm going to chop an inch off the standard Benelli pistol grip stock. The 14 1/4" lop is too long unless you are over 6' tall. This will require a hand made bracket to accept a standard pad with two screws.
I have the same problem with the Urbino Mesa Tactical stock. The rubber sleeve came off the grip at the range today while shooting slugs with heavy recoil. I smeared the inside of the sleeve with JB Weld epoxy and replaced it. We'll see how this works but otherwise... I'll just put my stock stock back although the length of pull is a pia!
You might try a dab of Shoe Goo. I recently tried some on a shoe, of all things, & the was very impressed with the way it bonded with the rubber sole. It is inexpensive & readily available in Walmart's shoe department by the shoelaces.
I'm torn between the Benelli M4 with 100 dollars and the mesa Tactical, but my concern with the standard Benelli is whether the stock will accommodate the cheek sling? Because I have the stock without a pistol grip And it doesn't fit my sling
You think putting a pin through the grip would aid in the plastic grip not moving? I need a shorter lop as I am a shorter person & there isnt much to choose from for a shorter lop stock. The C-stock isnt an option where I live
@@PrecisionTKS Watched it, thanks that was perfect. Looks like the SRO and the Scalarworks rail are designed for plug and play cowitness. I just installed a pic rail, and it's definitely taller than the Scalarworks rail you show.
Personally, the standard tactical Benelli stock is good for me. The only issue is the sling point. It's just too narrow to thread a 1-inch Vickers or Magpul through it. Not interested in changing stocks or mounting a QD socket to it. Any good slings out there about 1/8-inch narrower to use?
I honestly couldn't say whether there is a better sling option out there. I know Q has a pretty interesting sling mounting solution, but I've never tried it myself and I'm not sure if it would work on the M4 or not.
Proctor WOTG sling should work, they're $30 and super simple, but they don't have the quick adjustment of newer slings. The paracord adapters aren't needed, but can be useful, depending on how you're mounting them. I just found out myself that an MS1 won't fit through the factory sling loop on the stock.
I bought a collapsible stock by Knoxx. Blackhawk was marketing them for Walmart. 870 Rem or 500 mossberg only at Walmart. Back when they carried it. $80. W/forend.
Just got me an Urbino, and it's the perfect LOP for me (I'm about 5'9") to hold it squared up with it. I have an OEM pistol grip stock I can let go for $50+shipping, if you want. I do wish Magpul would make something for it.
@@weekendwarrior8334 gotcha. That'd probably be almost perfect for me other than the cheek weld problem. The Mesa is right around 13.5", sonit may work well for you
@@PrecisionTKS Just got my Urbino stock…..the LOP Is good to go for me. After couple hundred rounds the grip hasn’t moved. How has that Streamlight held up for you?
Good info. I am short af so that would probably be good for me. I prefer straight stocks though and actually just hacked down mine. Crazy amounts of hassle to hack off 1.5 inches. Lol. Other than that and the charging handle mine is set up like yours.
Yeah, I've cut down a stock before. I don't know that I will ever want to do it again "to save some money". it's a lot more cost effective to just buy one rather than spend the time and money to buy the materials to do it yourself. I love that charging handle also. it made a HUGE difference in the ergonomics.
@zoolande-roblox-gaming9877 it's a GG&G, but I can't remember where I got it from exactly. Super easy install and very comfortable. I highly recommend the upgrade
I'm not sure what your local laws are regarding firearm ownership, but I'm sure you could verify and pick one up if it is legal to do so. I'm also not sure about your local currency or prices, but it was right around $2,000 for me in the US, plus the cost of the accessories.
put this stock on an a300 ultimate patrol. It's built like a tank, the lop is fine for me, the cheek weld is perfect (got the riser) . The annoying part is the noch created between the back of the grip and the stock. It too Damm narrow. While shooting, it's fine, but any manipulation of the gun you might want to do is a no-go because your hand can't rotate around the grip. With no gloves on. To me That's the (olny) reason I don't like it.
From where? Only ones I've seen for the M4 were a one-off custom, and the set included on the Black Aces S4, and Black Aces isn't importing the furniture for individual sale.
Thank you for this. I'm over 6' and my rifle stocks are 15" LOP.
No problem!

With the crom rmr mount the Holosun 507c cowitness and the standard stock cheek wield lined up perfectly.

The epoxy seems to have worked very well. I have not taken the gun to the range yet but I cannot pull the sleeve off of the grip.

I don't believe the standard stock will work with a cheek sling.
No problem with mine on a 1301 so far and the LOP is just right. I'm 6 ft. but I have a HS -510c on a QD riser. Not into the co-witness thing.

I don't see why a pin or some appropriate adhesive wouldn't work at all. I just didn't want to modify mine.
do you have a video about the optic and cowitness with the ghost ring sight?
The closest that I would have right now would be the video of mounting the SRO on thr Scalarworks rail.

the tactical stocks were designed for LE use because officers wear body armor
I'd think it was more for military personnel before LE, but definitely for the use of body armor.

I went with the Blue Force Gear molded UWL. I’d still be interested in trying the Q mounting option.

Cant you just put a different grip on it ? looks like it would be able to use any beaver tail grip
Not on this one. The grip is molded into the frame and there is a rubber "cover" essentially that slips over the frame/handle.
Does anyone know if this stock is compatible with turkish clones like panzer m4?
It shipped be, but if not, I believe Panzer actually makes clones of this stock as well.

I'm sure Magpul would knock it out of the park if they had a design for one.
Would you recommend this for someone 6'? I've long alien arms and I'm having trouble finding the right stock.
Personally, I would not. My arms are fairly short relatively speaking and it's a fairly short stock for myself
@@PrecisionTKS thanks for replying 👍. Great channel, I'm freshly subscribed. Well the search continues for the long alien 👽 arm stock.
Can you use that stock on Benelli shotgun knockoffs?!
Probably, but I'm not sure. I don't have a knockoff to test it on myself.

Yes they fit the Panzer M4 nice!
Any issues with the charging handle up to this point?
None at all. I absolutely love it.
Does the cheek riser work for left hand shooters?
Yep. The stock itself and the cheek riser are symmetrical. The sling plate can be rotated from one side to the other during installation.
Thanks! All the stock pics tend to show just one side.

Why not take the rubber off the pistol grip, apply some "Superglue" and reinstall.
That's always an option. I chose not to run with this particular stock though for several other reasons.
