How I did my first hand stand: Days it took: 2-3 Weekness: I always knew how to headstand so my arms would bend easily when I pushed up my legs making it a head stand. How I tackled it: First of all, my leg didn't have enough strength to push but I kept trying but everytime I did my arms kept bending. So just like 1:45 in the video, I started near the wall (Keep enough distance of your head from the wall!!!). And I imagined doing pushups and so everytime I pushed my legs up, I imagined doing pushups on my hands and pushed up. So before I pushed my legs, my hands were bent but I would push up at the exact moment I pushed my legs up to give it a boost. Took me a few tries but I did it in 10 minutes. Hope this helps. Btw no videos helped me. I realised that only I am the only one who knows my body more than anyone else. So if this isn't helpful either, then try figuring out your weakness and start from there
just because I wrote an alternative method to doing it doesn't mean i made the video look worthless you js jealous i figured it out quicker than your slow ahh
Don't forget to spend some time warming up your wrists before you practice! Wrist injuries are very painful and can usually be avoided entirely by simply warming up and practicing on a firm surface (carpet is not recommended). Have fun inverting!
@Aashish Shrestha handstand is a singular verb, you wouldn't say "go for run" you would say "go for a run". "How to learn handstand" is the same, it should be "how to learn a handstand" if anything. "How to learn how to handstand" is more correct than "how to learn handstand"
so that is bad bc if all of ur blood gos to ur head ur heart will have no blood to pump and that can lead to ☠ i think so myrecemeddayshun :try not to do a headstand for that long, I hope that helps😄😄
Is it okay to use momentum? I have a friend who does calisthenics professionally and he told me to stretch my lat , between my legs and my leg biceps so i get in the position by simply lifting my butt Everytime i do it with momentum i look like a banana lol
It’s better to get on your knees or standing up and just going straight into a handstand with just enough momentum to get your weight on your fingers because too much momentum is hard to control
