- I try to learn to handstand in 7 days. If I can't make it in that timeframe ... I will give up on learning to hold a handstand forever. The stakes are high!
On Tell me World, I pick random skills and try to learn them, while documenting the process to encourage people to do the same. Relentless curiosity is a superpower.
What would you like me to learn next? Comment below, the quirkier... the better!

Thank You 💓
No, thank you :)
Awesome!!!
Thanks!!
Hey awesome video when you completed 5 seconds where was most of your balance?
Thanks Jordan. My whole body was in line therefore it didn't feel like I needed to hold my balance much. Effort was put on tightening my body and my hands to keep that stacked positioning.
Wow 🚀🚀🚀
Hehe 🚀
I’m a dancer trying to learn a handstand. One other tip I wanna throw in that I haven’t heard many other people say is POINT YOUR TOES!!! It helps keep everything tight and balanced from what I’ve noticed. I’m on my first day and can hold it for a few seconds
Agree, tightening your body and extending everything from your arms, to shoulders all the way to your toes is very efficient
loved it
Thanks Lorel
