Great video! I love the discussion on the pitcher, since I've been thinking about getting another one. I have a motta pitcher currently, which is very rounded and can pour very decent tulips, but my rosettas look terrible. I'll take a look at correcting all the mistakes highlighted before pushing the go on buying a new sharper one!

I can't do a rosetta to save my life. One of these days they'll fall into place. Appreciate these vids.

Hello bro thanks for the video, I have real problems with a Rossetta but what I want for Christmas is the video about the differences in the coffee drinks and what is a person looking for when they order for a flat white or cortado I hope you get what I am saying

An excellent presentation. Even your solicitation to subscribe is "simpático". The problem for me for all types of milk pours is still consistently obtaining the correct micro foam in the jug. Sometimes I do, and often I don't. My machine, the Silvia v.3, certainly offers sufficient steam pressure. The milk itself may perhaps be a part of the problem; skim, semi-skim, whole milk? Cold, ice-cold, not cold? The only milk available to us locally is not "fresh"; it comes packaged in a Tetra-Pak container, isn't refrigerated in the supermarket, and has a one-year expiration date.

Hi! It looks like you're from Brazil, right? Fresh milk will make the whole difference there, and fresh, ice cold full cream milk will deliver the best results. If you don't have access to fresh milk try a few different milk available always cold as it will give you more time to "work it" until you reach the proper temperature. Obrigado!
