Hello Cassey! I am doing aerobic, pilates, every week like 3 times a week for about 2 years and i have discovered you only 2 moths ago ( unfortunately) and your workouts are the best ever! I am always getting sore muscles and really feel like i'm working out whenever i change my routine, plus, in 2 months my belly and my obliques look fantastic! I never had such a perfect waist and flat belly before, no matter what kind of exercises i've been doing. Thank you!!!

Just did day 15...I used to be in really great shape, and I lost it all and gained a whole bunch of weight :( but I'm trying to get fit again, I know I can do it! I love this workout, it really works on legs which is what I need the most. Thanks, cassey I'm already getting stronger even if I'm only on day 15 :)
Cassey please do more standing pilates! I have a very small workout space at home and standing pilates are perfect! I've been doing this video for months now and it's still one of my top favorites of yours!

Done with Day 26!! I ate lunch before this workout (not a good idea) and I had to stop a few times bc I felt like I was going to throw up, but, I powered through, knowing I needed to get my cardio in. (: Thank you so much, Cassie, for motivating me to keep going.
This was my first pilates - good workout - I was out of breath. I'm still having balance issues on a few moves but I have sciatica and a lower back problem but I enjoyed it! Thanks!
Day 15: check!! I was shaking so hard I almost gave up but the Sam & Kurt songs got me through, haha! Serieusly. it was a nice surprise hearing those songs in a Blogilates workout! :D

Found you last night and have already done 4 of your workouts. (The time of the vids allows for that). I never felt so challenged from anything but running or biking outside but this is serious!! You are my new friend in my head and workout buddy:)

I absolutely LOVE your workouts! They make my butt look awesome and are shaving off a little excess fat on the sides. I have so much more energy because I feel better about myself!
That was kick-ass. I am just starting out and so I had to hold on to the door frame for proper form on most of the exercises but it was fun. I'll be back to the video for sure.

Love your workouts sooo much! Most difficult thing for me is the intense ankle pain I suffer when doing one leg workouts. Without the pain I could happily power through. I keep fit and have done for many years, but I still suffer when one ankle holds all my weight. Do I just have weak ankles??? If anyone has any ankle strengthening type tips they can share I would be incredibly grateful! Thanks in advance.

Gabriela Robles some of these exercise are quite advanced. Doing the first move on tippy toes is something you can work up to. Do it flat footed first and then as you get stronger, go to your toes. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself. As you wrote your comment 9 months ago, perhaps you've mastered this already! I'm starting this on the weekend and WILL NOT be doing it on tippy toes. There's plenty of time for me to work up to that.
Day 15. I almost cried. No joke. Not feeling good. I just wanna swear in 5 different languages. I'm mad 'cause my core deffo isn't as strong as it needs to be to keep the balance. I'm getting impatient. This beginners calendar -journey clearly is a rollercoaster of emotions.
NameIsNora stay strong girl. If fitness was easy we would all be buff. Just know that you are taking the steps no matter how small you think they are and you will get there. Do what you can and shrug off what you can. Keep at it and soon enough you will look back and see how far you have come!

i have major knee problems so i couldn't do the first thing because of all the cracking and danger sounds, but i got through the rest! starting week 3 of beginners calendar, finally. going home to visit friends and family kept me way too busy. no more excuses, I'm back on it.

I thought it was a really interesting workout but I found quite a few parts of it to be too advanced for me because I'm on the 3rd week of the begginer's calendar - anyone else in the same situation?
Same even I'm on my 3rdweek if the beginners calender and I also agree that some of these were a bit too advanced. But I guess the more advanced it is it helps us to push our selves to do it perfectly and that's important.
OMG, I loved this workout. I have to workout in my room, and its a bit small, so this workout was just perfect for me. I was sweating after the first 5 minutes. I will def be looking forward to more standing workouts from you.

This workout killed me! This was the first time I struggled to push through all of the moves. I did the best I could with a lot of modifications. Definitely not strong enough for this one. Maybe one day though!
When i first did this i ddin't like it at all cause balancing was so hard :/ Now that i don't have to focus on keeping my balance as much anymore i really enjoy doing this workout!

So you dare tell me who to be? Who died and made you king of anything?!"
