I absolutely adore all of your flows, such dynamic sequences. You are magic, is there any possibility you could create a nighti yoga for when sleep is needed that is a bit shorter than this one? Thank you so much, never stop making your art .

nice class, those inner hip and thigh openers are not for the faint-hearted! I loved the wall stretches. Honestly the first time i have experienced that level of the inner thigh and hip stretching!
Thank you, Alison! Just keep coming back to this class and you will notice how much more comfortable you will feel in those stretches physically and mentally. Also observe any emotions arising during deep hip stretching. Namaste!
This was very good! I love 45 minute relaxing back/hip vids so I did yours when I usually do another woman’s on RUclips.. You brought in a lot of things I haven’t done in awhile. Very nice! Thank you.

Чтобы было много отжиманий, разных планок, дельфина с переходами в планку и так далее. Что-то похожее на серию True Strength Evolution Дилана Вернера, но только в Вашем исполнении))) В общем, укрепление upper body для перевернутых поз (в особенности Пинчи Маюрасаны). Спасибо!
