    1) Understand true nature of life that’s impermanence
    2) No feeling will be there .
    3) Illusion of our mind regarding nature of life’s impermanence , we will behave in a more wiser way in our life .
    4) This leads to letting go of craving of Permanent nature of things

    One thing is for sure, if we just merely believe in the teachings of this monk or anyone else, we can't let go of anything. Although this monk can remember the Buddha's words without missing a single word, he can never fully understand the Buddha's intentions, the reason is very simple, that is ... he is not the Buddha.
