I still remember the "Behind the Diary" episode where you had Bryan on the podcast. He shared with you that he felt so comfortable and happy because you were one of the few people who didn’t judge him. That really stuck with me, and since that episode, I’ve made a conscious effort not to judge people because you never know the reason behind certain behaviors.

Bryan Johnson sounds like he is in his mid 50s and all he does is take supplements and do shortcut tricks using expensive technologies. I don't hate him. Find a blueprint that works and stick with it which is something a lot of people fail at. George burns the comedian smoked cigars everyday and lived to be a 100 proving that scientific studies don’t always prove legit. Long story short no one should ever limit their life. Yeah but then Johnson chose a 25 year old woman to do these experiments on instead of an older woman either in her 40s or up, an age group we’d see results even more dramatically in if there were any effects at all. And an age group in more need of attention to health. I lost so much respect after that. He never explained why he chose a woman so young (and he doesn’t have to, he does this all cost to him) when choosing an older woman made more sense by 100000x. Biggest hypocrite too when he himself is in his 40s.

I think you haven't watched many of Brian's blueprint videos, because then you would know the core (!) factors of his longevity program, do not cost a lot. Brian ranks the factors of longevity based on their power. Sleep, diet and exercise are the top3. Sleep and exercise hardly cost anything and finally, you can eat healthy on a low budget if you cook yourself, not waste money on too much processed garbage and have a low calory diet (like he has). All the fancy stuff like red light therapy, the supplements etc. are ranked lower in longevity-power by Brian himself. So, the core longevity principles of his program, are actually doable for nearly everyone.

@@Uilani-g4m If I would bet a million dollar I would say he's genuine. As someone who have followed Ray Kurzweil (basically the original Bryan Johnsson with an insane protocol in order to cheat death) for over a decade, I can give you some perspective. The consensus is that we need more eyes on longevity research because right now nobody cares because they think aging and death is innevitable. So the most important thing for curing aging right now is to open up more eyes to the possibility so that research can progress more in that direction and perhaps inspire younger people to get into the research themselves. It is all built on a concept called "longevity escape velocity" where you don't have to solve aging all at once, you just need to slow down aging until you have time for the next invented treatment and then the other until things improve so fast that you age slower than the improvement in treatments. I don't believe he's doing it to get rich, but sure there is an ulterior motive in getting people interested in the concept.
Also, the theory is that AI will reach a singularity once it surpasses humans making it hard to predict how the world will look afterwards. If the advancement is fast enough it could find cure to many diseases including aging. It sounds like a pipedream but as a researcher within AI (basically I got into it after being inspired by Kurzweil over a decade ago), the leap that was done when ChatGPT came out shocked even me even tho I knew it was coming. The rate of how fast AI advances is both amazing and a bit anxiety inducing, but it's our best hope to survive as a species.
So to re-iterate, I very much doubt that Bryan is being a con artist, there are people who believe in the singularity and the chance to cure aging. His content is curated in order to get more eyes on the concept of "don't die", not to get cash money.

His story is what really sold me on Bryan’s lifestyle. He came from a religious background that caused him internal conflict, but filled him with the capacity to imagine a life, after life. Then to loose that, and walk away from your religion and also a relationship, all while struggling financially. He is a complex character but maintains a high sense of humour and humility. You can tell he genuinely cares about his mission, and wants others to be healthy as well.

This was extremely enlightening. Interesting he uses a SAD's lamp all year round, i wonder if it changes in summer and he goes outside and does some grounding whilst soaking up the sun?
With some of these gadgets god gives us a stronger version for free. I encourage anyone to try out grounding and the sun exposure. If struggling with sleep try getting out and watching the sun set to reset your circadian rhythm.
I got super into this sort of stuff and it becomes limiting to the quality of life. Being obsessed with my sleep and heart rate for example did become quite limiting.
Finding a balance is better imo.

The scriptures show various people not dying...its possible. We must consider that there is another very important part to overcoming death...and that is our Spirit or mind connected constantly to the great Mastermind /God. We can figure out the carnal but what powers the carnal realm is the spiritual. Jesus actually told us we can live and not die in John 11:25. Religion cannot believe this, we must find our own path one on one with the Ineffable One. Gb

I think it’s one thing if you are rich, and able to create/maintain wealth while living this way. I cannot imagine doing this while living a middle class life, raising young kids, and…you know, having hobbies and human relationships that exist outside of trying to live forever. It feels like a very unconnected and lonely place to be. Ummm for example, I’d rather go to a concert and move my body, smile until my face hurts, and stay up after until the sun is rising. I want to hear from this guy again when he eventually gets to be 100, which he probably will. He must not consider the heartbreak of the vampire, losing everyone you love one by one. Or maybe he will have all of these machines, and that skim milk bedroom when he goes, and no one around him.

29:16 crazy. It’s Bryan’s birthday today. He’s 47. My birthday is August 9, 1978. So we are basically 1 year apart. I have 3 kids. 25,24,18. I’m so glad I had kids early. When I shave and I’m clean cut. I look like I’m in my late 20’s early 30’s. I’ve slacked off for the last 20years. But I’m very active with my job. I need to quite smoking, and I’ve already started morning workouts before work. I only eat 1 meal (dinner) every 24hrs. No breakfast, no lunch, just dinner, and bedtime snack. I drink caffeine (sodas/spicy V8/spicy Clamato), and water whenever my body wants it. I listen to my body. I go to bed around 10-11pm and wake up on my own around 5-6am. But snooze until 7. Do my easy morning calisthenic workout, shower, and go to work until I get home 5-6-6-8-9. Depends on the day. I eat, walk the dogs, 420, and go to bed.

While many of the protocols that he espouses have scientific validity, face lifts will not add years to one's life, just ask Phyllis Diller. In my opinion, he spends his "life" trying to extend his longevity while his life passes him by. None of this will work, unfortunately. The face lifts will result in a grotesque disfiguration reminiscent of Barry Manilow, while his telomeres shorten, his skin thins and he dies just like all eucaryotes.

I don't know what you just said, but the reason I said the main post is because of source God, the whole point of existence is finite so that we can experience other lives wtih more families, we are all connected and soul families can be anyone, you can time travel, and repeat your life if you want, you keep progressing life until your soul is evolved at a higher frequency so that we can penetrate dimensions and eventually get into heaven.
Being bad for instance is negative, and your frequency goes towards negative side, this is the opposite of heaven, if you think negative thoughts you go down, so always think positive when you pass, only have love in your heart so you can raise your vibrations because that's what source God wants.
