Wish you guys would make this as a kit and offer pre painted colors like, yellow, white, red, blak, and grey! This looks way nicer than the rascal. This would sell like crazy!
@@GoPowerSports ya! I am actually rebuilding my Colman ct200u I got it running again and I ordered your stage 1 performance kit and a new exhaust pipe and am repainting it to look like your Doodlebug!!!
I really love your videos Go Power Sports. Would you please make a video demonstrating the correct way to install a fuel pump and tank setup? Thanks for all that you do.
I like the idea of lowering the forks with the extra lower triple mount. With such a low travel, was the fork oil or spring rate changed so it doesn't bottom out easily?
That is a REALLY nice build. It is pure eye candy! Thanks for sharing it. It gave me some ideas for my next mini bike project. However, I'm still waiting to see someone with all the tools and capabilities - like maybe Go Power Sports 😉 - fashion a top-notch, heavy-duty, spring-loaded chain tensioner for one of these, or at least a motorcycle-style chain adjuster at the rear axle. To me, having to move the engine to adjust the chain is unacceptable. As a matter of fact, I consider this to be the single biggest flaw to overcome when doing a Doodle Bug build, (if not all mini bike builds in general). Yet, I have never seen anyone offer a solution for this that was easy enough to install and without some kind of serious compromise. The Coleman CT200 does come with a nice adjuster at the axle, and that has me considering it for my next project... if I happen to run across a ragged-out one for a decent price of course.
Was wondering the tire/ wheel size, axle dimensions, im building mine to run with my Shriners parade unit, The Medinah Mini Choppers in Addison Illinois, definitely want it to stand out, thanks for the videos!
What spacers did you guys use for the front wheel? I bought a mega Moto front wheel for my db30s and the original spacers don’t work. One is longer than the other
@@GoPowerSports thank you. Sorry for the late reply I went with mega moto wheels and didn’t realize that they had a different hub than the normal db30s. Appreciate it 👍
blow into those grips with the blower on the air compressor while you're trying to put them on they'll slide right on where you want to go and not move afterwards
That tensioner sounded noisy af, when yall rolled it out of the shop. Hey, what tire setup is that? Was wondering if I could run that tire setup on my coleman ct200u?
Psssshhhh, it's actually 3/4" of travel :). This will be a street cruiser and this is slammed, so we don't plan on rough riding it. But yes, someone needs to make mini mini-bike suspension kits. 🤔
I thing you guys forget about engine monting or something? Its make the footstep comfy cuz the shaking of engine to cover from engine monting. My english so bad i hope you guys understand. Thankyou
We mentioned that we had to get another plate from another kit since we needed to lower the front. Your kit will only have 2, which is correct. But for this applications of slamming it, you would need to find/make/buy another plate.
@go power sports I don't see where you can buy the extra plate separately. Does this mean we would have to buy a whole extra front suspension kit just for the plate?
In the last episode you told us you would show us how to stiffen up the front forks in episode 2 sooooo how do stiffen up the mega Moto front forks????????
Wish you guys would make this as a kit and offer pre painted colors like, yellow, white, red, blak, and grey! This looks way nicer than the rascal. This would sell like crazy!
Love the whisper "that's what she said" also killer mini bike, never knew a mini bike could have so much attitude
I LOVE this build. The stance is so mean!
I thought this bike was really clean. Easily one of my favorite mini bike builds.
Dope, glad to know!

THATS WHAT SHE SAID!🤣 lol
Love the black and yellow
Looks amazing can’t wait to purchase the axle hangers for my doodlebug
Awesome build! That Super Chrome looks pretty slick. Thanks for sharing.
That bike is sick
I think it looks great myself.
Nice DB ! you have the best job ever
Thanks! We love what we do.
That mini bike is sick. I probably would have went with a straight handlebar but I am just weird like that. Haha
That'd be a cool look too!
That’s awesome ❤it.
COOL MINI
That thing is freaking badass...awsum job.. 🔥
Super cool
Awsome I love that
Much appreciated, thanks for checking us out.

Try a shot of alcohol on the bar ends when slipping the grips on. It's there just long enough to make it easy, then it's gone and set. Nice build!
Thanks for checking it out!
Got one I just started working on cool I like the front end too definitely need to order that for mine
Like that front suspension
Looks great man looks really great.
Me gusto mucho, la explicación y el diseño te felicito.
Looks like a blast!

We can definitely do that!
@@GoPowerSports You guys are the best.
Very good😅
Thank you so much 😀
Will those forks fit on an asuza frame ??
nice😂 i love it 👍👍👍
Dang Taylor, your videos are amazing brother! Nice work as usual, you classy son of a gun!
Nice Job! I like it!
Looks great guys big like and share from the tbc gang
what is the part number for that extra Lower fork clamp with pinch bolts part number? oi need that, but i cant find it in your website
Not sold separately. We had to use two suspensions kits to do this
How do I go about getting just the front fork/shock clamp with the pinch bolts?
Hi, Clutch cover? is it available on the web-site?
It is, under part #CHAINGUARD
Those wheel tabs for the back wheel ? Where can I find those or did u fabric them yall selves ?
its cool bubdy

Love it

Do you guys have handle bars with a cross bar . So you can mount a number plate . Just a thought.
where do you get those forks i want for my dirt bug
We took two suspension kits apart to make this one.
Was wondering the tire/ wheel size, axle dimensions, im building mine to run with my Shriners parade unit, The Medinah Mini Choppers in Addison Illinois, definitely want it to stand out, thanks for the videos!
You guys have a link for the tire size and tire rim you guys used?
Is there a way i could buy the the plate for the fork
Currently no. Sorry.
What spacers did you guys use for the front wheel? I bought a mega Moto front wheel for my db30s and the original spacers don’t work. One is longer than the other
When you buy this Universal Front End Suspension Kit, the kit comes with spacers. So we used those from the kit.
@@GoPowerSports thank you. Sorry for the late reply I went with mega moto wheels and didn’t realize that they had a different hub than the normal db30s. Appreciate it 👍
Nice video can you point me in the right direction on were I can get me a mini bike build I have the Fram and motor on hand
When our you guys going to get the 12” handle bars back in stock and the mega motor handle bar risers ?
When did up put in the tank mounts and what size tank are you using. It’s looking great. Are the axle hangers in stock yet
10" Gas Tank.
@@GoPowerSports
When are the axle hanger plate/mounts going to be available?
How can I get a Doodlebug frame??? Thanks
No longer made, you'll have to buy one of an individual.
Watching this while my doodlebug is sitting next to me in my room, can’t wait for the axle hangers to hit the site
Are they on there yet?
Why do you have your mini bike in your room?
@@derpydog1008 cause i’m cool like that
@@6dead6boy63 fair enough

Dope 💯
Nice
So will this kit be available on the site? That's one of the sickest I've seen come out of your shop
Thanks for the shout out. We would have the parts to do this build, but you would have to come up with the frame. Or do this with our Rascal Frame.
what rear axle did you use? OEM dB30? I see you guys don't have db30 rear axle on the website... :/
We use the same one as the Mega Moto 80. It's a 12mm axle.
what forks did you use
Nice build !
Can you detail how you mounted the cylindrical gas tank up under the frame so neatly? Can you show some detail or describe it? Thank you
What header pipe is that and what gear is good for that bike
I need those wheel specs. Want something like that for my ct200u
This set up will not fit the bigger CT200s correctly. Those frames are bigger than this doodle bug.
@@GoPowerSports but is there a smaller tire size I can use so it’s not so beefy? I don’t mind making modifications if needed
Looking for building plans for the doodlebug don't get them where I live and it's expensive importing one
Can this be done to a coleman cc100x?!!!!
It sure could!
what header is that.

Hello moto muy lindo
👍😃
Front forks: it looks like there is travel, but only 1”. I must be missing something.
That tensioner sounded noisy af, when yall rolled it out of the shop. Hey, what tire setup is that? Was wondering if I could run that tire setup on my coleman ct200u?
Do y’all sell the bottom fork clamp by itself?
I just called and asked the same question. They said they didn’t.
@Go Power Sports I am in the process of welding in the extended axle plates, what rear axle bolt and spacers did you use???? would be very helpful!
Black and yellow black and yellow
Amazing build😍.. when are those wheels going to be back in stock?
Hi I had a question we’re the ape handle bars used in the video the 12 or 15 inch ones.
Looks awesome! What brake kit did you use?
We used our Minibike Hydraulic Brake Kit
I'm interested in the front suspension kit, but it only has 1/2" front suspension travel on this bike?

It’s been a year and still don’t see those rear axel hangers on site are they out if so can you give me link please and thanks

What rear axle and spacers did you use?
Mega Moto 80 12mm axle and 12mm spacers

Do they still make those wheels?
Do y'all build a frame or bike to hold 300 lbs or better?
TrailMaster MB200 or the Mega Moto 212 Pro, both available.
Kool that's what I need I'm ready to buy
So I bought the idler sprocket but 9 didn't realize you need a bushing or spacer bc it's half inch.
i want these wheels on my ct200u ex. do they require additional work for fitment?
How much is that exact setup?
What brake did you guys used for this build?
sweet build, it needs to be faster, next time make one with a belt driven, air cooled snow mobile engine.
Haha, i'm down to build this.
I have a doodlebug but mine is not as clean as that I just got a rattle can job on it myself
Where can I get those wheels for my bt200x?

I thing you guys forget about engine monting or something? Its make the footstep comfy cuz the shaking of engine to cover from engine monting. My english so bad i hope you guys understand. Thankyou
