When Gopowersports told us they were coming out with their fully customizable, built in-house Lil’ Rascal Minibike kit we knew we had to get our hands on one and add some Build Break Repeat flair to it! The kit comes with everything you need to make a personalized rolling chassis at a great price, ready for any engine of your choosing! Make sure to check out the link if you are interested in getting your own! We got ours powder coated a nice tan color and went with the blue seat to give it a fun vintage/western look and we think it looks amazing. Having 18hp on such a small frame certainly gets this thing moving and we cannot wait to shoot some more videos with it. It was nice working with all new parts and frame for once making it a stress-free and quick build.

I built one of the Coleman ones for less than that. Fully built engine. Did 50mph. Probably could have gotten more out of it with some different sprockets.

All these Mini Bikes are way over priced. It is Insane. Most of them you pay a shit load for just a frame and then they make you pay for forks and every other part. Those Grips they have are an extra option and 40.00.

Yeah, Coleman is 550 built. You could modify that for way less. I'm way too thrifty though.
@@walkermediaworx And, it's bigger than this "Lil" one. The one with rear suspension is cool too, but none are really OFF-Road bikes. No REAL suspension. Can't stand up on the pegs. A smooth fire road is OK, but trail riding is rough!!!

I got a 212cc minibike with stage 3 engine and front suspension for 500 and I thought i paid alot for it. Its still on the original back tire in like new condition and never had its governor removed
Love the video but sketchy. Speed wabbles at like 25,30? Think it's the shape of the bike frame. But ok for out the box
There was some wobble there but remember we’re running 18 hp. Also, we didn't say it in the video but we actually got one of the first test frames and the frame manufacturer had the wrong rake/fork angle (we couldn't run the cleat tires it comes with because they would have hit the frame). Now they come with a little bit more so you could fit a bigger tire and the caster angle will help you out with stability if that’s a concern you have.
@@BuildBreakRepeat even with a 6 1/2hp it would be sketchy. go power sports should of put more thought in to it, and raked the front end out more.

This is a really cool idea Go Power Sports had. I respect how it's made in America, but come on you have be competitive with the price. I think $375 would be a great price, and it would undercut the CT100U and Baja Doodlebug.

Not quite convinced and I feel lost..how is that little 5.5 Honda clone putting 18hp out? Even with valve springs carb swap and exhaust mods I still don't see how it can produce that much HP without methyl injection or alcohol, turbo..etc.
..anyone have more info on these engines?

welding two forward facing mounting brackets to the fork should eliminate the wobble at higher speeds. the contact point of the front wheel is not far enough away from the forks pivot axis.

We didn't say it in the video but we actually got one of the first test frames and the frame manufacturer had the wrong rake/fork angle (we couldn't run the cleat tires it comes with because they would have hit the frame) It's been fixed since then so I'd assume that should help with the stability

Close to $800 by the time you ship it, no engine, clutch ect.... With a decent engine your easily talking $1000+++ And its just WAY to small. I don't know who is smoking what but please share. A complete Coleman CT200U-EX with front suspension twice the size can be bought for less than $600

They've given one to these guys for free, and Cars and Cameras, and Red Beard for free, then charge us $700 for a $300 kit...
This is definitely not cheap!! 700$ for only the frame. I got my Yamha blaster for 1k. And i believe that a small atv that is much more capable and faster is much better than this mini bike. But a great video never the less.

Big honda 4 strokes, i always used to tip my bike on its side(i forget which side), then get the kick start at the right point before i would kick, then it would fire up first kick with no recoil and never did it without riding boots either, never got hurt myself
That's not a bad looking machine. I've had my wife hounding me for a mini bike ever since ours was stolen by meth dealing cockroach farmers years ago. I'm going to check this frame out.
That Thing is really nice and all the parts are given for fine price of 1,500 but I mean it’s really nice
For the kit the base price is $695 and it does not come with an engine. We chose to use the 225 which would add alot to the cost but if you already have an engine or use a predator 212 you could have a brand new custom minibike in the 750$ ballpark which is pretty fair
Build Break Repeat of course a predtor 212 works perfect altogether 3 times the horse power makes difference and it would be a heck of a lot more fun

This is so cool! I heard about this minibike from carsandcameras and then I find your video on it.
There is zero trail on those forks. That's probably why the steering is so twitchy. Easy fix with a couple of welded tabs, but they should have done it from the factory. 🤷🏾♂️
Nice colours, match up with some blue guards to make a cruiser.
I'm running a Tollitson 228 stage 2 and I love it especially when off roading and hill climbing!

Cars and Cameras did the exact same video. It is far to expensive as a kit as you could buy a complete one for less money for the kit and the kit doesn't include the engine.
quick heads up fellas, a tc is going to get you way more low end acceleration than a clutch if you have room for the tc.
Needs to be bigger without a doubt more like the Coleman size especially the tires.......Wait fuck that 700 for that when you can get complete bikes for 5-600 and the big Coleman for 700 but 90% of the time it can be found on sale for 100$ cheaper

Its cool, but, the price is way up there! With no engine. Probably better buying a ruckus and modifying it (ruckus has less chances of speed wobbles).

If there's so many haters on the price point of this thing, there must be a market for ones you can build for cheaper. By all means show some receipts for a complete kit, made in America. And a built race motor. A stock 225 from harbor freight isn't in the same ballpark as this one.

GPS is really pushing these kits. Disappointed that so many channels I subscribe to are making commercials for this overpriced kit. RBG built one and put a $14 paint job on $1000 worth of hardware. Glad to see you guys put a little more pride into it. Using GPS hardware on one of your builds is great, but just making commercials for whatever they send you is not. Love your projects, lets get back to those!
