You remind me of a young me, now 20 years later own two businesses. You are definitely in that position and the common sense you have will take you farther than your peers. Can already see it
holy fuck, not only can you tig weld, but you tig better than every non-welding specific youtuber ive ever seen. im only 21, i crave that work station you got
I wouldn't limit the top speed, and I would turn it into a street sleeper to cruise around in for fun. But 64 mph top speed that freaking nice! Heck put a cheap speedometer on it and find used motorcycle lights to be visible at night. Safe travels!
Pro tip. Use a wire wheel around the bead of the wheel before you remount the new tire. The old bead sealant and rubber left from the old tires that have been on there plus the corrosion of the metal over time can lead to leaks around the bead. Nothing more aggravating to me than needing to air up a tire every single day because there's a slow leak somewhere. I spent ten years working as both an auto and tractor trailer mechanic. That's how we did it in the shop. Very few to no returns on tires for leaks. That's pretty much true on all old wheels that have a bead packed full of junk, rust, or corrosion. It'll leak given half a chance.
Sick build bro, had me cracking up when you were talking about it likely being geared too tall then when you took it on the test ride and that clutch engaged 😂
The framing of the opening shot looks so good. So beautiful. So many points of visual interest while not being cluttered. Looks like something a cinematographer would set up.
for tires you start pulling from the nipple because if you started from the other side you will pull the ties in the rubber seal and can damage it so always start the tire and finish the tire on the nipple
Ive got the same or nearly the same minibike, bought it anfter it sat for 4 years. It had a Predator 212 and a torque converter with a stock 50 tooth rear sprocket. Got it running and after some playing around I was able to hit 55mph with a stock carburetor. I then aqcuired a Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Vtwin 479cc 16 hp engine. After playing with the rear sprocket i was able to get it up to 80mph (after making my own clutch using pieces of a chinese 4 wheeler centrifugal clutch because the normal centrifugal clutches would slip really bad if i gave it more than 1/4 throttle under 20 mph) I used a 14 tooth clutc,h driving a 24 tooth jackshaft gsproctet turning a 12 tooth jackshaft sprocket driving a 32 tooth rear wheel sprocket. Im also running a 34mm round slide Mikuni on a homemade intake, 28lb valve springs with steel retainers and keepers, and dragpipes. You can see a video (Short, 36 seconds ) on my RUclips channel Buckkowalski.
i’ve been wanting to make something with a motor on it for about three-four years now, seeing this dude make all of his really makes me want to do it even more 😮💨😂
DO IT trust me i have a mini bike and a gokart. tons of fun. ive driven a turbocharged 270hp jeep and it doesnt come near the fun of a kart or mini bike.
actually bro it doesnt look that hard, and not that expensive. I just got into motorized bikes now, built my first bike (2nd bike now with same first engine), bicycle engine kit (a zeda 100/YD100) and I was able to go 39mph all stock on 36t sprocket. Once I get a new better engine (LD90) I'll probably be able to go 40-50+ with upgrades/mods. I wanna do minibikes now. There's a Mega Moto 80 frame for $350 on sale rn, predator 212 for $150, upgrade valve springs and rods, and billet flywheel for $150+.
I did the same gearing mod on my mini bike. Stage 3 212. And the clutch was larger than stock, at least the gearing. Hit 89 MPH, sketchiest shit ever. So much fun lol
gotta use way more soap than that. the rim was dry and not even wet which means the soap wasnt doing anything. i usually soak the bead completely and it makes it super easy
Good job man, you have some skills brother, yeah, you can hear the clutch start to lock up n the bike pull, 65mph, that is crazy, you don't have enuff brake on there to stop that thing... lol
what clutch were you using? also any info on where to get one for high horsepower. my minibike has a torque converter bc the clutch would always burn up
Does anybody know if it matters which way you put the clutch on the shaft because on my go kart I have been using it the other way with the chain facing out
I skipped to 9 min but I must be the bigger pro because I use the fire method to inflate and seat the rim. Saves DAYS. I use just one squirt on one side and make the squirt pattern long enough to light it: ruclips.net/video/DEBdQlG4rqY/видео.html
This video is 100% fake news! Has to be he changed that tire faster than I have ever been able to! The last one I did I had to use a forklift to break the bead! Please tell me it was video magic and not me being completely incapable.

What kind of businesses do you own?
@@giggityeffyoua software company for usb ports, and a hardware store
Boring, but usefull
It’s great to find a young man with both the skills & motivation to take on a project like this. Well done!
holy fuck, not only can you tig weld, but you tig better than every non-welding specific youtuber ive ever seen. im only 21, i crave that work station you got
the gas tank you made for it was sooo 🔥

Been waiting for this! Well done young master!
This looks like so much fun. I would keep it fast haha see how fast it can be made with that motor 😆
New sub I'm looking for one of these right now 🔥🏁
Super nice job man
Awesome bike!
Love your vids

Good channel. Thanks for sharing
Dude that thing flies!
WHY IT SOUNDS SO GOOD
boy's going to be running his own shop by 30., your skills are incredible!!

I'm thinking that you still need to brace up that frame after you cut out that support pipe.
Yeah, that was a no no. These Chinese bikes are fragile enough as is.
Dude's a fkin artist

Great video! Where did you buy your tires?
I could go for less generic youtube music, and more voice over, but aside from that cool bike.
😮😮😮 not too bad home boy you might want to extend that frame😊😊😊
In the beginning dude I thought your garden was like a green screen or something
gotta use way more soap than that. the rim was dry and not even wet which means the soap wasnt doing anything. i usually soak the bead completely and it makes it super easy
Oh yeah Buck Potter RUclips Love the show❤❤

Why does the clutch lock up?
I think he meant engage
what clutch were you using? also any info on where to get one for high horsepower. my minibike has a torque converter bc the clutch would always burn up
Only thing I recommend is no gloves on the bench grinder. Best way to rip 4 fingers off at once
What material did u use for th gas tank I’ve been wanting to make one but don’t want to buy the $100 Diamond plate
Awesome .
you should make a chopper mini bike hey 👍
wanting to make a bike for some time now
Sick
Suggest buy some tire spoons fer cheap .... worth it.
Are you near Traverse City Michigan? You look just like someone I knew in that same area
Scary Fast. I think that poor little brake may not last long at those speeds.
They barely even work from the start 😂
Upgrade them I would keep it fast and go out and find people riding scooters just to blow past them 😂
Any mods to the engine besides the exhaust?
What I would do to have grown up with all those tools
Does anybody know if it matters which way you put the clutch on the shaft because on my go kart I have been using it the other way with the chain facing out
added weight changes things, brakes take longer, safety gear would be nice. nice project.
Man i got a brand new 212 pls can i get this same set up on my mudstar?😢
What welding gun did u use
Got a link for the muffler?
You should do a Predator 212 drift trike
Trikes are gay and less fun.
You any good at skating?
I can't tell if hes 15 or in his 20’s😂
No front brake..darwin winner
engine breaking.
can someone tell me what engine he used?
I want one
👍🍻
i think he might have broken the speed limit

what citty are this and street
Holy shit!! 64mph!! Noooo...kilometers!😂
Ima cut straight to the point can I please have it I’m too poor to buy one please
Bro thinks he’s getting a 65 mph mini bike for free your actually delusional🤓 💀
You have a mower to cut grass? I am shocked! 😂
Nice work..How much for a gas tank?
Soft means cheap tire
Can i buy this off you
No boy
Secondary clutch…?
Not a thing
150
Rico
65mph? maybe 40mph
My stock Coleman with nothing done to it and a 200cc does 30... A 13hp motor would almost definitely get this to hit 65 with the right gearing
😭 'Promosm'
