Seriously, this guys machine, and creative brain mining skills are enviable, I love what he's done here, even though it's utility is mostly nostalgic driven attempts at creating something "cross-grain" special, his skillset by itself is special enough for an entire video.
Being a retired fabricator & bike builder, I enjoy this video. I had very little in the way of machinery and It is amazing to watch you use it. You are very good . Right combination of artistic ability, fabrication skills and general knowledge of physics.
I ran an 11 ft long, single down tube, rigid, Pauco narrow springer, 750 Honda chopper, built in 69. 15" Volkswagen back tire, 21" Avon in the front, tennis ball spool, motor had goodies like, a 904cc big bore kit, domed pistons, radical cam from 1969, custom grind, titanium keepers heavy duty springs, port work, ARD belt driven magneto(!), electric fuel pump, Weber side drafts(!), custom aluminum intake, heavy duty clutch basket, the big, BIG chain and sprockets, the next size up from the 520, and custom clutch pedal & hand shifter, on the left side. I rode this bike from New Jersey to Florida and back to New Jersey, then back to Florida again. I had that bike for damn near 10 years. I miss that bike. what a killer scoot. just like this one in this video, awesome❤
Absolutely fantastic seeing the build from start to finish in one vid Matt. It was indeed a total credit to you, your engineering, fabrication and welding skills and your knowledge of using the excellent Plasma technology. I salute you!
that girder frame just earned you a sub, my friend. if you want that thing to bark really hard when you let off the throttle, it will get louder than when you throttle it up, when you let off the throttle, make four even pipes as long as you can, and straight cut them. if you can get the ends to angle upward, it's even better. they don't have to be exactly equal length, but if they're long and the pipe is sealed tight, that thing will scream like a banshee, and make the exhaust that has now sound like a lawn mower engine. I used to roll down the hills in New Jersey in 3rd or 4th gear, and it absolutely screamed when you let off the gas, love that sound.
a chopper not from harley, but a 4 cyl beauty, my first chopper hardtail from scratch was a 350 honda with full blown pistons and all that could be done was done, 18 at the time, and was a moment in time when welding all arc welding the hard way, but fun it was and enjoyed the ride till i was drafted to army time. great job and a master builder you are..
Not even 4 minutes in and, and I'm super happy with this tubeless build, I was wondering? kind of clickbait title? Nope! this is sweet and tons of video left to watch.
I started building something similar for a build-off on The Chopper Underground back in 2010, I think it was, but life got in the way and I never finished it. Mine had a KZ750 twin engine in it. I didn't have a plasma table, which would have made my life a lot easier. Yours is a really nice build, much better than mine was. You even picked the same paint I was going to go with--rust!
Gosh man, what skill it takes to do all that. I would have been happy to watch the whole thing at normal speed I enjoyed that so much. I love the inline 4s. And thank you for putting on a rear fender! The open wheel designs drive me crazy thinking about all the crap that is thrown up off the road even when its not wet! Then I saw you put stylish holes in it, which looked great. Oh well. Lol. When you left the frame out there by the sea, wow, I wouldnt have slept at night worrying it would have walked off. The end result is really beautiful and no doubt you are very proud of all your work. The plasma machine is awesome as is your knowledge of design to make it do what it does. Thank you for your video.
That's a fantastic build, I agree with you on the holes, round holes like aircraft spars would've looked great. Interesting choice of wheels, quite a juxtaposition
Very nice. That CNC plasma cutter is the outstanding difference. Nice welding too. Not sure about the rust finished frame, or the "fair weather" back fender. It's your ass, but, I get where you're going with it though. The "no leaks" gas tank was impressive, done on the first weld-up. Again, I say, nice job.
ive just recently stumbled upon your channel and immediately subscribed! outstanding fabrication! a pleasure to watch in whatever format you might choose.. long winded or montages! brilliant work! cheers for posting!
Wow.... what you’ve created is a credit to your imagination, talent and abilities. Xtreme plasma tabes must be over the moon with what you made for them using their product. Noice mate. Noice
My first time witnessing this gentleman & his work, colour me Impressed ... Not only the unorthodox approach and totally unique designs got me, but also his approach to video- making... Uttered not one syllable, and to me and my "ever learning towards minimalist" way of thinking, i dare say, this goes over well and markedly better than some... Although if one is learning about, say, motors or whatever, he/she may want or need some level of explanation, but that's a whole other thing than this, imho Great channel, great skills, "liked" and definitely a new sub, cheers man 👍
Superb work of art! One small niggle though - I know you counterpointed the rust with the shiny aluminium but... IMHO, rusted steel girder front suspension would've completed the look.
Bravo! You are one skilled fabricator, my friend. Your video was very nicely executed as well. I had to subscribe. This video alone was worth it. Thanks. Eric in Kissimmee Florida.
amazing that you have a single handed corporation going on. A lot like some wise chaps went single handed sailing around the world. Only a modern version. The work is really the dreams stuff is made of and all the affiliates and partnerships, all connected into one big pie. Meanwhile going the extreme plasma route. I don't get excited by much any more , and that said you certainly inspire the world around with your creations and endeavours. An International man! I'd buy you a beer Matt.
Don't know if you did this, the frame looks great but my OCD cleaning wouldn't let me keep it in a "raw" rusted state I'd have had to spray if with a matt clear coat. Great looking bobber.
Bro, too dangerous for me! Many close calls over the last 65 years. I’ll stick with my cars! What an impressive build! You have credible metal skills and more. But of more importance, you have THE EYE. Brilliant. TEXAS.
15:00 Tesla truck fuel tank? The CNC style cutting metal is the best part of your videos man, I would like to see some Rat Rod shit with this Tech. Love this build!!!
I just subscribed to the channel after enjoying watching it and I would like to tell you that you are a skilled creator with precision and perfection. Don't stop working on this channel. Your work is great and you provide useful and interesting content. Thank you for your effort and time💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋
Nice build yet again, if you left that frame at any beach near my area it would have been nicked within the first hour.😂 Love that test ride, not a number plate in sight.🤔 That is the way to be.😉👍
He always makes me feel so inadequate!
lol

Honda 750 engine, simply one of the most beautiful engines on the motorcycle scene. Great choice for this build.
Seriously impressed at all the welding on frame without clamping yet no warning
I liked the "coastal" painting. Budget-friendly , high-quality , eco-friendly and very beautiful👍😁
Thank you, Cheers

It’s great to see how far technology has come. This bike is beautiful
Ideas from a brilliant mind. I hope all engineering students in colleges around the country are shown this episode.
I thought actually touching a machine was below engineers..
Dont they just do autocad, excel, and finite element analysis.?..
@Spitch Grizwald oh that’s a bit critical Spitch, maybe post up some examples of the ones you’ve built and let’s all have a look at those? 🤔
Absolutely fantastic seeing the build from start to finish in one vid Matt. It was indeed a total credit to you, your engineering, fabrication and welding skills and your knowledge of using the excellent Plasma technology. I salute you!

My heart was bleeding when you used the grinder next to the damper without covering or masking it! Beside that - Chapeau!!!
I have seen this bike in person and sat on it, very nicely done, really great piece of work, keep it up Matt
I wish they would bring back the great biker build off. That was a great show.
Just enjoy seeing the whole build in a row again!
NICE! didn't have to hear you talk at all. Seeing is believing . A picture is worth a thousand words.
A Video a million words.
This is really "out of the box" painting rusty art.
Naked and simple frame but really detailed
👍🏻
Very good builded, you did a good job my friend you saved yourself from making payments lol . Amen ,be careful out there on the road my Friend .
Enjoy the entire build process and general design. Most impressed by use of plasma profiler. Thanks for great vids.
What a bike should look like. Engine. Frame and wheels. Nice work
Undoubtedly, but, definitely, a unique, unprecedented, unparalleled, unmatched, masterpiece of determination , dedication, and achievement.
Special person we have here. I admire his talents greatly.
Cheers 🍻
Good seeing the whole build in one video, real cool!
Unbelievable, never seen anyone with your skillset.
Wow! The skill in multiple disiplines is great to see in a young man, BUT the doll freaks me out! Love to see you do a CBX based bike. Thanks Matt.

Freaking sweet !!! I want one !!! Now this is what you do call "ONE OF A KIND !!!" FANTASTIC WORK OF ART !!! ✌
Yeah, but if you got one they wouldn't be one of a kind any more. It'd be a production model.
What a wonderful way to make a make a custom frail. Lots of project and great results.
I have no words to describe such an excellent job
Exceptional build.
As long as you don't have to make a panic stop at speed you should be safe!
Magnificent eye for detail. You are a credit to your profession. Outstanding work
🚐☕️☕️👍🏼🏴🌈🙏🏼💙❤️💙❤️
Utterly amazed noone stole the frame at the beach! lol

Fantastic motor. And the plasma thing ruins everything for me. I want craftmanship - not robots making things.
Must admit i wasnt keen at first but it came out amazing well done Matt.
Thanks
it looks heavy but amazing crafting skills ,well done
This guy's welds are superb😮
Супер!!! Я не откажусь от такого подарка!!))) Мечта настоящего мужчины !!!

This is by far the best bike building project I have ever seen.... Just loved your efforts.... Bike came out very good.... She is a beast..
Thanks
Wonderful thought,precision workmanship! Great fabricator!
The jig making was cool
Enough!
Bike is nuts.
Plasma cutter is was cool
Cheers Tom.
I forgot how beautiful that tank turned out! Cheers for building, Matt!
This guy has mad abilitiess
i always did like that bike. it appeals to the mad max part of me. great build Matt....
That's a fantastic build, I agree with you on the holes, round holes like aircraft spars would've looked great. Interesting choice of wheels, quite a juxtaposition
I was mesmerized! FAN FREAKING TASTIC!
Must admit. Didnt like the design at 1st. But the end product is bloody awesome. Well done fella👍
Thanks 👍
OK, your very creative and I'm a bit green with envy but the rust condition is over the top, awesome build.
One Person, many skills. Respect!
Built not bought to the max! Awesome bike.
Old Bill would have a field day with this.

Amazing workmanship, love watching, keep up the fantastic work
You are so educated and talented. WOW.
You my friend are a brilliant Craftsman
Absolutely superb work buddy ! Full build in one video love your work ! A Harley engine would of been the game changer
Harley engines are pedestrian. A Suzuki 1300 Is better.
If he'd used a Harley then it would have been just another 2 wheeled tractor..... 98% of Harleys are still on the road the other 2% made it home.....
@@aussietruckphotosandmodels8510 ha ha! Nice one Aussie 😊
The Honda CB engine he used is a classic beauty.
You nearly had me fool the first time around with the rusty frame.....Great looking bike..
Good seeing the whole build in one video, real coo
Very unique and an awesome build 👌👍 nice to see a build that is not a Harley.
That plasma cutter you have is bloody brilliant nice piece of Equipment 🇦🇺🤝🇬🇧👍
you sir is a very talented artist.. what a great build
Beautiful job Matt and I like the Honda Engine, quiet but powerful.

Awesome work! Would be good to see you team up with Allen Millyard. You building the frame and him the engine 😎
A quedado niquelado, un abrazo compañero desde la Comarca de la Verá.
The video and the bike, both superbly designed and engineered. Impressive 👍
Thanks
@@Urchfab What does it weigh? I’m guessing about twice the original.
Superb work of art! One small niggle though - I know you counterpointed the rust with the shiny aluminium but... IMHO, rusted steel girder front suspension would've completed the look.
Really, really impressive engineering, great work.
Matt you're such an artist 👌
Great job, very skilled.
Two petcocks?
Slide mounted rear caliper for when chain is adjusted backward.
Bravo!
