Red Beard, You seem to have to explain more to your help than us. You have always explained everything perfectly. He just doesn't seem to comprehend. He should just let you deliver the video. Watch and learn. Silence is golden.
I got a bobber seat off of ebay for my ct200ex. it fits perfectly with the springs between the seat bracket and gives me cushion. it looks amazing, brown leather inlaid skull, and cost $50. the EX seats are way low and it gives a bit of seat behind you keeping you from sliding back.
I would really love to know more about that Jack shaft setup at 6:08! It looks like you've got a housing for the bearings that gets welded to the swing arm, and then two brackets to weld to the bike. I'm lost trying to follow your links below where you locate the housing for the bearings. Any help is greatly appreciate!
Heck yeah happy birthday Braxton hope you had a great birthday and stay safe on the roads and remember don't text and drive wear your seat belt and always pay attention to the road love you guys
I can vouch for how quiet the Mr Cool A/Cs are. I have one in my living room and the only way I can barely hear the fan is in Turbo mode. Other than that, they're silent and work great. Good choice on the A/C units Red Beard. That mini bike is gonna rip. I'm anxious to see it running with Lonnie or Braxton riding it. Keep up the great work.
I personally would have clearanced the right side of the frame to clear the chain than offset the swing arm. It's just weird that a machine you balance on would be built out of balance.
Man, I wish we had a motorcycle junk yard nearby. These videos make me want to buy a whole bunch of new stuff but if I'm going to engineer and build this type of stuff i won't be able to afford the new stuff. How about I just come work for you Red Beard
nice build on the swing arm were is the video when you build the swing arm and change it on to the center of jack shaft were you put it on the two outer pillow block bearings thanks.
What's going on with the private videos? And are you going to put out any videos on the Gsx-R 600 ? Very much interested if you are. Keep up the good work 👌
Oh,,,, sorry,,, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Braxton...... Make sure to notify next to kin and freinds to stay off the sidewalks when you get your license my friend...... LOL Be safe
You guys do an awesome job with your builds. I watch them all. I'm currently building a trailer for my baha. I have a predator 212 with a go power sports torque converter. It's all basic right now. I'm saving so I can get more parts for an engine upgrade
Happy birthday braxton. ( hope i spelled that correctly) My birthday is 1 week from today the 14th. My bdsy is the 21st. Ill be 49 next week. Keep up the great videos guys.
Nice swingarm. I'm planning to build my own mini-bike with front and rear suspension. Why do many mini-bikes use a jack shaft. Can the sprocket not be mounted on left and chain directly to the engine sprocket, then put the brake on the right side. I must be missing something here. What kit did you use for the front forks/uspension? Thanks so much.
Imagine that if you would put 450cc motor into mini bikes frame with wider rear wheels and dirt bike front wheels of 250 or 450 dirt bikes be looking insane fun to build
I have this same model I've been customizing exhaust painting want to do a lot of other stuff to it too torque converter bigger valves it'll be a dream come true to have you guys do this to mine
Builder on a budget... What kind of engine you think I should go with on a 4fun 4 seater go kart dont need crazy speed but at least do close to 40 would be good enough for me
If u were to build this for someone about what would u charge them for the swing arm stretch, the mono shock and the customization of it all , wat would you charge for the complete bike asking for a friend please and thank you 🙏
Nice. I could hook u up with autocad/waterjet/plasma cutter. That took some time and cutter wheels there. Get u a 4x4 plasma table. I bet someone hook u up for advertising them
I've seen you use your band saw many times; a portable Harbor Freight converted to stationary. Have you shown details on it, or is their info elsewhere? Pretty cool setup I'd like to imitate.
Very nice work. Did you consider using the jackshaft as the swingarm pivot axle? It looks plenty strong for the task & would have kept chain tension constant through the travel arc.
Help? Got a Coleman mini bike that will not idle. Can get it started with choke and then go but it will not idle. What can I do? Got a Coleman 2 seater that did same thing but finally it just fixed itself. It’s not smooth but will run. Have cleaned carb on mini bike multiple times. Is it a jet change needed? Any ideas? I don’t see how to adjust idle.
Anyone know which video they discuss switching the pivot point of the swing arm to the same shaft as the driven pulley to eliminate the chain deflection. I know I’ve watched it and can’t find it again. Thanks
What size pipe/tubing did you construct the swing arm pivot jackshaft from? I used 1.25" sch 40 pipe for 1 3/8" OD bearings, but it isnt a 100% fit and the bearing wobbles a tad. I drilled holes for a couple set screws, but I'd rather just use the right tubing/pipe. Thanks!
Thanks for responding! I'm fairly new to this, so I'm not super familiar with the ins and outs of everything. If it isn't too much trouble and you don't mind - I'll greatly appreciate any specs you provide. Keep up the great work, man!
Dude yo answer your question about good enough for Govt work, it does not offend any of us. I served 20 years in the Army and now work as a Govt contractor. We use that statement all the time! Lol Ernest
Wish this was a production piece you sold! Nice work, as always.
Could we see a coleman mini chopper with a stretched front end please?
I'm working on it
I am a big fella, 6-3 286lbs. So glad to see how to make a swing arm like this.
Man, you're fabrication skills have come a long way since 2017!! You rock, Boss man!
Red Beard, You seem to have to explain more to your help than us. You have always explained everything perfectly. He just doesn't seem to comprehend. He should just let you deliver the video. Watch and learn. Silence is golden.
Happy birthday Braxton!
I like how you use that double flat bar pieces then boxed it all in that thing is never going to break.
That table is amazeballs.
That swing arm looks great! It should take anything you throw at it,
it will handle AlL tHe ToRqUeS
Been waiting for someone to fab a swingarm setup on these hardtail minibikes. To hard riding it on bumpy trails , thanks RB !
Happy Birthday Braxton.
Happy birthday Braxton.
Happy birthday Braxton 🎁
Happy Birthday Braxton!I hope you get another 100+ laps around the sun too.
i dig the dancing arms on hold down clamp at 11:47
What's dancing arms mean?
that has to be one of the best I have seen in a long time thank you all
Wow !, that is awesome fabricating on that swingarm ! Truly impressive !
Happy birthday B dog!
Awesome swing arm. Happy birthday Braxton
My son and I are planning a 459cc on dirt bug frame. This swing arm idea really helped man! Love it! Thank you
Happy Birthday Braxton!!!
Well-executed tasks

Happy birthday there princess 👸
Haynow im building a minni bike with full suspension right now so.... A big T.Y. for the awesome how to videos. Keep them coming.
You should do a build on a Massimo mb200. No one has unboxed it and modified the stock motor.
Thanks for the video RBG and god bless you RBG

Did you figure that out?
Haven't even started seeing the video already thumbs up. I have the same bike and wish it had rear suspension
Heck yeah happy birthday Braxton hope you had a great birthday and stay safe on the roads and remember don't text and drive wear your seat belt and always pay attention to the road love you guys

Back on the mini bikes builds nice
I personally would have clearanced the right side of the frame to clear the chain than offset the swing arm. It's just weird that a machine you balance on would be built out of balance.
Plenty of bikes are built offset.
It seems counterintuitive but it's fine
Happy birthday!
that looks awesome!

Happy Birthday Braxton 🎂
After getting your lathe up and running need a mill press next, if you used end mills to cut your bolt holes with been done faster and true straight.
You need to take it all the way to the jack shaft for it to work right.
Benchmark abrasives Rock
Happy Birthday Braxton!
Happy Birthday Braxton
If you could make a video doing a 459 on a mini bike that would be awesome!
Looks great got to remind me of a mini bike bobber......✌️😎
Love this idea. However i did see one same bike but they used 2 inch i believe square tube for rear arm. either way, what a spine saver!
Great work buddy this is going to be one mean mini bike
It's going to be a nice mini bike, not a mean one. You see how nice he's treating it?
me going fast haha good point buddy
Great vid... always learning from you all...
nice build on the swing arm were is the video when you build the swing arm and change it on to the center of jack shaft were you put it on the two outer pillow block bearings thanks.
Glad it’s you doing this , enjoying your videos as always !
Check out Mustie1’s videos on the suitcase moped for the chain drive setup. The jack shaft arm was unique.
What's going on with the private videos? And are you going to put out any videos on the Gsx-R 600 ? Very much interested if you are. Keep up the good work 👌

That's gonna be a cool bike
Real cool can’t wait to see the outcome God bless brother🤙🏽
Would love to see a rear disc brake conversion on a ct200u-ex, i have a built 212 and stock gearing that goes 50+mph, brakes kinda suck lol
I'd like to see a front disc addition on a Coleman 200.
My plan is to turn some cheapo billet Civic control arms I found into swingarms, it'd look pretty cool and be easily replaceable
Happy birthday braxton. ( hope i spelled that correctly)
My birthday is 1 week from today the 14th. My bdsy is the 21st. Ill be 49 next week.
Keep up the great videos guys.
You made a sweet swing arm
Thanks! 💯
I live in canada and just turned 16. The registries are 6 MONTHS BEHIND.... I think the kid should ease up hahaha
Happy birthday swole body
🤘🏻🐿🤘🏻 happy belated birthday Braxton Dood
The dual shocks should help sturdy the bike from side to side movement.
Nice swingarm. I'm planning to build my own mini-bike with front and rear suspension. Why do many mini-bikes use a jack shaft. we need episode 2!
GOSTO MUITO DO SEUS PROJETOS SHOW DE BOLA
Happy 16th Birthday Braxton

Good morning Red.
Hey Red Beard, where can I get that bushing? Is that a bushing that you put bearings in?
SWEET!!!!!
Hey Red Beard how much will cost for you to make me one of them swing arms and ship it to me???
He could make a killing selling those, i would be in line to stretch my sons just like his for a bigger motor.
I would buy it
I would definitely buy this.
Same
Do you have a suggestion on changing the brake system on a coleman CT200u ex? it has a drum brak system and it doesn't work very well
All the time you had there and you couldn’t was the mud off the back tire?
Any idea where i could get some front forks and suspension? Everywhere i look they are out of stock.
You giving me ideas ....great build
That’s sick but you know that new dirt bikes still have box swing arms
Do you not get UV burns from welding? I never see any sleeves on you, I'd be bright red in pain for a couple days lol
Builder on a budget... What kind of engine you think I should go with on a 4fun 4 seater go kart dont need crazy speed but at least do close to 40 would be good enough for me
I think its about time for a plasma cutter.
I should put a little bit of oil coating in that rear swing arm bc its gonna rust from the inside
If u were to build this for someone about what would u charge them for the swing arm stretch, the mono shock and the customization of it all , wat would you charge for the complete bike asking for a friend please and thank you 🙏
Not hating! I love you guys.
all ways like your builds
Wat type of swingarm did you use for this plz and ty
Nice. I could hook u up with autocad/waterjet/plasma cutter. That took some time and cutter wheels there. Get u a 4x4 plasma table. I bet someone hook u up for advertising them

This was dom tubing but I would have to check what size it was.

Hi rbg love you and your team you make the best vids
How much to stretch mine i have the same one or do you sell kits for it
Dude yo answer your question about good enough for Govt work, it does not offend any of us. I served 20 years in the Army and now work as a Govt contractor. We use that statement all the time! Lol
Ernest
Now I would take it one step further , first go double shocks, second I would see if a vtwin would fit just because I am a vtwin fan
I was thinking about modifying my ct200u ex the exact same but adding the vtwin predator
Happy born date Braxton
Why didnt you bend both pieces of flat stock together at the same time???
Wow!! You need to farm out fab process and sell the shit outta these!! I have two Colemans and would buy two swingarms today!
Whatever happened to the Coleman BT200X? Wasn't that suppose to replace the CT200 series?
I wanna buy one you guys built what should it coast
