I saw that the qualifiers for KSF were Open, can you please tell me how to get in ? It would be a fun way to come back to the surfing community after 2 months
(btw, changed my sens again down to 1.2 1200 but my screen's support always touches my mouse so it's more of an handicap to get a low sens atm, only doing it so I can get an habit)

I see in some of your videos you mention the difference of csgo being 64 tick and css being 66 tick. Why is 66 tick considered the most competitive? When servers have the ability to have a higher tickrate like csgo gfl servers having 85 tick. Seems like the most competitive would be having a higher tik rate? i.e. smoother ramps, being floatier, inputs more responsive. If I really want to be competitive should I be playing on 66 tick instead of 85 tick?
66t has the longest standing server with the most active high-level players.
@@Repster so it’s not that it’s the best option to play it’s just because 66t is what most people started playing on?
I’d like to get better at surfing, though I’d like to learn in the best environment. A lot of people make it sound like 66t is the best way though wouldn’t something like 128t be superior?
Last question. Is there a push to unify both communities? GFL and KSF running different tick rates I feel splits the community. Even though momentum mod seems to want to bring both communities together I cant see everyone making the switch. Therefore splitting the community a third time. (If they ever release it) If there isn’t a right way to play surf now will there ever be?
@@wubbahead1820 ye the splitting isnt such a bad thing if momentum pops off lol. unfortunately only 64/66t communities are the correct tick as every map is made for those tickrates. 128t would make every hard "unit" surf map easy
