@@grayestrat it is called “the pendent loop” fighting Gwyn without pendent involves R1 spamming him stunlocking him. This strat is extremely inconsistent and he can kill u literally whenever he wants so it is a miserable rng grind. It can be more consistent by loading up on stamina buffs and gear but I’m not allowing buffs in this run so it’s rng. The Pendent forces gwyns ai to hop. When you hold block and run towards him as he’s hopping, his ai wants to punish you for blocking, so he has a high chance of kicking or grabbing, the grabbing animation has a very long cooldown so it is very easy to punish. If he doesn’t grab, you use pendent during his attack animation to make him hop again and try to bait grab again.
Amazing as always, great work for making Gwyn actually somewhat fun
This still isn’t that fun 😂
Instead of spamming r1, you spam x
Extremely fun boss, very happy to have gotten the privilege of experiencing it.
Congrats! Sick run!
What does the pendant do?

@zacknstuff1611 hell yeah, relying on rng is definitely not fun
Wait that's really a cool run
What does silver pendant do? Make them think you're in attack range and attacking?
I responded to Gray Rats comment describing how pendent strats work
