Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

lol, Thanks Lee, problem is, telling the truth about a narcissist makes it look like I'm running a smear campaign to those that believe the narcissist. Yes you are right.
Less than 2 weeks ago, I was a panelist on a TV show.
I went PUBLIC for the first time about my abuse in a toxic relationship, but never shared anything about the person that would point out who they were. Also, I only referenced them as a “former toxic relationship”. It was an attorney who provided that wise counsel. I’m grateful, but I’ve SILENT for decades because of how abusive, controlling, manipulative & deceptive the person was.
Anyway, thank you so much for this episode. It was good stuff.
My Narc Ex boyfriend just sent me a message through my other number that I never gave him because it's been 5 YEARS since I've been no contact with him , and his message said IMA GET YOU BACK NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES smh I know I'm no contact with him but I'ma protect myself because I'm not going back to his crazy self .. but yeah that's true Lee
If I hadn't come across your videos I wouldn't of ever known what a narcissist was. I would of kept being abused. #1.5 years healing

I was married for 26 years to a silent covert narcissist. Just the history of our marriage tells a story of narcissitic abuse. Earlier this year I finally came to the realization of what he was and couldn't unsee it. The divorce happened fast and now there could be consequences for him about how he did it. I want to do a quick video of my story. I only speak truth. He lies over and over. I'll be working on one. I'm 61 yr old beautiful divorced and happily single woman. I have everything to look forward to and this man will not stop me. He will pay. I want justice.

Omg, my nEx is so worried I'm going to tell everyone that instead of just leaving me 4 years ago she started an affair with a local skank and lied to me about it and how deep she was in it. She wants is to be cordial and friends 🤣 sure I was drinking to much, I was emotionally unavailable but she was emotionally unavailable as well. But I drank too deal with it when I should have left. She decided to stay and cheat, that imo is far more damaging to the partner. I got sober, she's still a lying cheating POS!!

I don't make a point of telling people what I'm going through as I'm the kind of person that keeps things to myself (inner strength i'd like to think). I wait till I'm asked and then I tell them, but I rein myself in now when I do tell them and hopefully don't bore them to tears as much as I think I used to. A lot of people don't understand what Narcissm is so I talk to people that are good for me as negative comments off those that don't understand are not going to do me any good. I don't slate my Ex partner, but I hold nothing back about him either. 🍒
If I put my story on line but I do not use his name. Can he still use it against me in court?

I have her book and follow her on RUclips. I started sharing my truth & pain in a very subtle sorta way by using reels that relate to narcs and abuse and cheating. My husband made a comment the other day trying to low key trigger me but idc. After we divorce I plan on sharing more of my experience.

Thank you so very much for this I need it this I have exposed both of my parents online and a little bit of my brother and at the time I was back into a corner and had no other option but it was with recording so it with recording so it was absolutely factual however it did absolutely turn around to have them saying to me we'll look at you putting your family out there online and how dare you do that and blow up above and they absolutely tried to turn around that I was the nurse of this however I am the only one in my family that has any sort of empathy at all and in my opinion unfortunately I have way too much When you're surrounded with family members and not just a boyfriend tha friend that has none is a very lonely place to be it's the only place to be so sometimes you do need to speak it out loud thank you for the video previous wall you're
I was afraid for them to return my truth as a lie because they had gotten police involved. The worse deal ever is to have a narcissistic gov official as a boss in the security industry.

i use the word us all the time. interchangeable
