Just check if you have a letter/number O/0 in it.
Just alter the number/letter and sync again. Wait for 2-3mins and see.

You can click the three dots beside the download button and see that there's a "send to kindle option".

This video really helped, thanks a lot. I just had one problem- I am not able to see 'page numbers' in the books I transferred, I can see just 'Location'. Is it possible to see page no. in the Pdf/Mobi files that I transferred to kindle?
Some books don't have page no. Only books bought from kindle store has page no. Hope it helped.

Through usb drive. Tho why do you need to send a 100mb file? There's no book bigger than 30mb, 100mb is alot for a book

If we sent pdf or mobi books how many books can we store in kindle. Because i think there is limit of ten books on Kindle unlimited.
I don't think so that there is limit sir. Depends upon memory. I think 4gb is also enough to store thousand of books.

See, you can't do surfing and web searching on kindle. Kindle is best device when it comes to reading only.
You have to send files to kindle first for reading. Else you can go for Samsung tab and buy some good glasses as to protect your eyes in case of long term reading.
