Our goal is to master enrollment calls in under seven minutes, learning to spot serious prospects from the curious ones. It's important not to waste time on lukewarm interest. If they hesitate, it's okay to let them reach out when they're ready.
Volunteers will step into roles as mock coaches and clients. Make sure you've watched the prerequisite video on the RULIO method. Keep your one-sheet handy with all the key details about your program for clarity during calls.
Energy and certainty are key in guiding clients. Approach each call ready to serve, not sell, and be prepared to handle objections. Learn when to walk away from a poor fit client.
In our first role play, Ariane coaches Lonnie through changing careers amidst personal and family challenges. Then, Deidra helps Janika tackle disorganization and self-doubt while balancing her busy life. Lastly, Denise guides Lanisha in pricing her worth as an author turned coach.
Get insights and feedback on each session to sharpen your skills. Remember, it's about asking the right questions and recognizing the deeper issues clients face. Believe in your program to serve clients effectively.
