The best sticks are Bobbi Brown. I bought a set of 3 minis. Last forever and totally replace a need to powder shadows

Yeah I know they are great but wasn’t prepared to go out and buy. Given how I like to do my makeup, I’m a powder shadow girl but understand some people prefer sticks so I created a look after being asked. X

Thanks @teresamadelyne289 that was a great tutorial for shadow sticks. I really appreciated it. I’ll be using your tips tomorrow. I can see why you like powder, much more dramatic.

It helps with the longevity for sure even if they do dry down and set

Bobbi Brown, By Terry and Stila are my favourite brands, Stila is more of an applicator but similar concept, I prefer to use a fluffy blending brush and use it similar to powder

I have a By Terry one but just not interested in investing in any more than I have as I am not the biggest fan of stick shadows. I do know the Bobby Brown ones are great but I am a powder shaodwer girl at heart and always will be and just the versatility of looks I can create with powder x

I love using a light or medium tone eyeshadow stick for my lower lash line. They stay all day. They do better than using a powder there. I also don’t hardly ever use them on my eyelid
