How do you find out were this events are being hosted? Id like to go to one of this event or even find out whats a ots store that hosts local tournaments but i cant find anything
i think the fear of not knocking out dracovish w max wyrmwind made him wanna get that trick room off so it can’t another big attack off on one of his mons but who am i to say lol
Well technically they don't train them, they are given trained pokemons. Trainers would had to be given a single pokemon and then make them fight after few hours of playing Sword or Shield and whatever team they managed to get
tbh, this is such an underrated match. That third game had me spinning thinking federico had it clean, but Jack somehow pulling off the comeback. Goes to show how really great these players are.
ikr, compared to the masters and even juniors finals, this one didn't get as many views. Was still one of the best matches though especially that comeback👌
Sad part about competitive battling is your handicapped into using the same 2-3 pokemon on all teams to even have a shot. Over 400 pokemon in sword and shield and only probably see 9 different pokemon in these battles. That is concerning
No i understand games have phases where things and mons are inherently better at the time, but there are ways to balance it so that multiple combos and strategies are viable and the utilization of more pokemon in clever and smart ways would increase entertainment value because you never know what someone going to throw at you .
What was the point of using fake tears? Grimmsnarl and Rhyperior were both physical attackers, Jellicent wasn't doing any damage even after fake tears probably because it wasn't specially trained and the guy wasn't really using Gastrodon. Thunder wave is honestly just such a better option.
The commentators commented on it too. It’s because if duralodon were to direct the max steel spike to grimsnarl, jack would get a free switch in. Both jellicent and grimsnarl are more passive/support pokemon, so frederico doesn’t have to worry about a KO and can stall out the trick room
Couldn't Federico just go into Dracovish and kill the Rhyperior with Fishious Rend I'm sure even if that was Dynamaxed and has good defence I'm sure it would've killed....like bruh 4x super effective Strong Jaw STAB No Trick Room Fishious Rend from Dracovish then just switch back into Conkeldurr? I mean it was a free switch so why did he go into the Conkeldurr with no Guts boost and activate that Weakness Policy instead of actually killing the Rhyperior? feel free to prove me wrong
In the second round can someone explain why fedorico made dracofish use crunch on rhyperior?? Once it was out of dynamax it could've OHKO with a fisceous rend if it had choice scarf. I don't get what he was thinking
Because the gastradon had storm drain I assume so if it used fisceous rend the gastradon would of absorbed the attack and because it was scarfed it could of only use Crunch
Netizen Baik the game is called pokemon sword and shield, and it is available in the nintendo switch. however, it cannot be played in the android sadly.
@Curtains_ lol Many people around the world only know pokemon from Go or the Anime. So this video woild have been an eye opener for them. I too only knew ab the games because 11 year old me watching D&P anime did some digging about the franchise on Bulbapedia and found out it started out as a vidoe game.
It won't come to India because gaming products are heavily taxed. So most middle class people can't afford it. Making the player base (not fan base) very small.
Every time I hear this woman announcer she just adds literally nothing to the commentary whatsoever. It’s so disappointing every time I think she will pull it together and every time I am massively let down. So many commentary mistakes it makes it hard to enjoy the match. Like yes bitch we know he has charizard you’ve said it 3 times before the match even started.
Do anyone else watches these pokemon tournaments even though they dont play competitively?
Yes 😂
Watch them all dont even have a switch or even a ds

Nathan Mahmod why not play competitively? it's where the game starts
@@gamefamily2372 totally same😂😂😂

genuinely don't understand what the purpose of trick room was in 1st match. Your opponent have a better team in TR and you have all the momentum.
Probably went autopilot
i think the fear of not knocking out dracovish w max wyrmwind made him wanna get that trick room off so it can’t another big attack off on one of his mons but who am i to say lol

@@Gotothelui you ONLY use trick Room when your team is slower. Cost him game using tr

They did in the Juniors commentary, but not consistently. Just started this video, will let you know if I hear it in this commentary too.

It's because these battles are agreed to be one of the worse matches, incredible misplays from both sides
Fredrico is using the same team as Marco Silva from Master's division
Half the people there have the same team lol
@@bryanhughes3460 Duraldon Dracovish core is the rage but conkeldurr is a bold choice to counter gastrodon
They worked together on the team.
I’d love to play in a Pokemon tournament but I’d probably get steamrolled as I’ve never played online before
well, i recommend you play ranked battles in VS! its so fun to witness others figjting with their tactics and faves, despite losing or winning
I thought Frederico had it in the bag in game 3. That was a crazy comeback by Jack though with Rhyperior

Fake tears won him 3rd game, call it worthless XD
also in doubles grimmsnarl is more support orriented so it doesnt really dish out too much damage

In competitive sword and shield doubles you can only being 4 out of your 6 Pokemon
