Man, i should really just buy this game already Edit: I bought the game! Unfortunately, I've come to discover that 3 of the 5 classes he talks about in this video are locked behind 10$ dlc, apiece. Rather disappointing, but I'm definitely still gonna play the game.
The actual dlc career is $4 bucks by itself, dlc career + that career's cosmetic bundle is $10. Even then, wait for a Steam sale, when the price is halved (might need a fact check) for DLC careers and their cosmetic bundles (except for necromancer due to being the newest career added)
Would like unchained to get buffed. She is good but her 'explode' mechanic is big unreliability comaper to other tank classes. She is the only tank class that can 💀 by her own mechanic even if she has health. Its even worse when you realise that she don't have any shield so ratlingun, gasrat and other can make her 💥 almost instantly on higher difficulty.
i think recommending grail night for people that like melee combat isn't necessarily the best recommendation for them, because all weapons play different no matter the class. For example sienna fire sword has unique play style/properties, such as infinite cleave and burn. And her reaper has unique varied move set and a special. So for melee people I would recommend trying all weapons on all classes and learning about block cancel as well as how light attacks transition to heavy and vise versa, cause knowing these can drastically change and improve weapon move set
I absolutely love the Engineer, however, what about Bountyhunter? How does he compare to Engineer when it comes to special and boss-killing? I've been bouncing between Bardin and Saltzpyre, and I'm not quite sure whom to focus on.
I think the Bounty Hunter is REALLY GOOD, just like the Engineer it has great special sniping and boss killing. What it lacks is the grenades that the Engineer brings to the table, they really make a MASSIVE difference.
bounty hunter is much much worse unfortunately, he's really a one-trick-pony and that one trick got nerfed heavily recently. Engineer on the other hand can do everything: he has a great selection of melee and ranged weapons, he's extremely bulky with 125 base HP and THP on stagger for a range focused career, he can deal with trash, elites and monsters efficiently with just one build, he's even good at dealing with a crisis by just throwing a bomb on the floor. the only thing he lacks is team support and mobility, but bounty hunter doesn't have that either. I love bounty hunter, but I'd say the consensus among players is that he's currently the weakest career. He has some boss killing potential but only under perfect conditions, can work as a sniping machine or a horde clearer depending on your weapon while being a glass cannon, and that's basically it. with that being said, if you play Bounty Hunter you have the advantage of being an absolute chad, so you should prioritize that over silly things like meta optimization
Griffon foot bounty hunter is fantastic don't let anyone tell you otherwise, take just reward at level 30, crit reset on kill, and any melee with good single target. (I choose axe and falchion) Is BH better than engi? No. Is BH playstyle high skill floor? Yes. Can you carry cata lobbies with BH? Absolutely. Go wild!
For all of Kruber’s classes I find myself using a lot of Sword/Mace nowadays. For Bardin I like to swap between axe/shield and dual hammers (I don’t play Slayer much). For the elf I love the sword/dagger on every career. On Saltz I typically play WP and always have the flail/shield equipped. For Sienna the flame sword is just so good for battle wizard / unchained.
Slayer is the best career in the game Pure melee focus Casts Throw Dwarf once every 40-10 seconds, less with Adrenaline Rush Dawi-Drop turns his airborne melee attacks into mini-Blessed Blades (Huge single-target OR horde damage with good timing) A Slayer is his own bullet (Also Dawi-drop bombs) Prevents all harm to your team by removing all sources of harm The one downside is that Bardin is now "seeking a glorious death" :(
I had fun making this video. If you'd like to see a Darktide version of this, let me know!
@@Jeficus I don't know, I feel like it wouldn't really matter as much since there's only four classes in darktide but like 20 careers in vermintide.
Maybe the best keystones for each class

@@lemonottheboy8540 I'm on console, idk if I can get just the career and nothing else.
On console there's a bundle that goes on sale regularly that sells all the careers for 19.99 so basically have patience

I’d also like to see Unchained get buffed! I just think the concept of a caster-tank hybrid is really neat.
4:58 you thought you were slick with covering up that missed ability

Is Darktide good too or nah? I just loved Vermintide 2 and maybe jump back:) Miss those games like Left 4 Dead...
@@imcxrsed666 Darktide is actually very good. I don’t have many complaints with the game after the most recent update. 🙂
btw, wat weapons you used for each class? i kinda wanna try and see wats best for them

@@Jeficus ok cool, just started trying them out already even though i dont own the other dlcs, its been a while since i played Vermintide tbh lol
I'm already going to buy warrior priest
I kinda agree with most, but right now i personally believe that unchained or necro are better than BW. At least from a Party perspective.
Necro is definitely REALLY good. I think if the fantasy of a dark spellcaster is more in-line with someone’s taste, they’ll have a great time with it.

Would structure it much different with Slayer, pyro, Bounty Hunter, hand maiden and crossbow ranger as an inbetween class.
That's a great list too! What class would you recommend for Kruber?
