My older cousin was at this concert as a Scots woman brought up in England I'm so proud of where I was born always
One of the first major shows I went to. Those were the days!. Tons of mad Scots in a field by Loch Lomond bouncing up and down with Runrig onstage. There's a documentary on the night charting the band's success which I'm watching. They were massive when I was growing up, sold out shows everywhere and a great atmosphere.

This was the first song I had heard of runrigs, in fact hadn't heard of them before. After that I was a firm follower. So sad they walked away from the music industry. Runrig please come back
Even if Runrig wished to, a comeback without Bruce Guthro would be hard. Bruce died after a long fight against cancer just a few days ago.

@@lindseygorrie2743 Yes, but a pretty good one. I am not what you would call a hardcore Runrig Fan, but for me Bruce was Runrig's voice. Anyway, they have made very good music and many people would like to see them back on stage. Perhaps that will Happen one day again....let us think positive ;-)

id love to see "ic iain 'ic sheumais" uploaded its actually one of my favorites and an underratted/unknown runrig song i stumbled across it once and i fell in love with it like i do with many other runrig songs

Got this 3CD called `Runrig - 2019 - The Last Dance (Farewell Concert - Live at Stirling)' downloaded it a while ago. Why is this song not on it ? Bought the single when i was about 19 or 20 years old, still have it, never heared of the band before, loved the song, but didn't follow the band since then. It came as a surprise to me, reading the tracktitles on the 3 d's and noticing Heart Hammer wasn't one of them ! Where they sick of playing it for the 6th million time, maybe ?
It's on their album, The Big Wheel, and also on the compilation , Beat the Drum. They have so many many great songs, over 45 years' worth!!
